I have XFinity home WiFi and absolutely love it. Their promotions for mobile service and equipment have always been attractive to me, as well as XFinity Mobile is powered by the Verizon network. So, I finally did it & moved to XFinity mobile today (2 lines of service). Little bit of a misunderstand regarding the costs of service and equipment at the store today due to new promos rolling out today, however, we were able to sort it out. Excellent customer service today! Overall, my new cell service and iPhones are great and the price is fantastic! Recommendation: *Check, then recheck their 'current running promotions and offers' on their website before going to the store to be sure. *Sign into the XFinity website when you get home, and double check the sale and agreement; it's e-mailed to you right away. Downside: *Getting in touch with a live XFinity customer service agent at (888) 799-3747 can be challenging & a bit frustrating. *The online chat feature is functional, but driven by A.I., but will connect you to a live chat agent when requested.

I have been a customer for over 5 years. Living in a rural area, reliable internet used to be hard…read moreto come by, so I was glad to find Unwired at first. I even have one of their relay towers within 500 feet of my home, and in the beginning the service was decent. Over time, however, the connection slowed significantly. When I called customer service, they upgraded me at no extra cost, but only after I asked. I found it frustrating that they don't automatically extend available upgrades to loyal customers. Their policy seemed to be that you have to complain or ask before they offer improvements--even if your service is struggling. That didn't make sense to me from a customer service standpoint. In the past year, the issues have gotten worse. Video meetings often cut out or force me to turn off my camera because of poor connection speed. I've spent countless hours troubleshooting and calling customer support, but nothing has resolved the problem. I finally tested a new internet option and was shocked at the difference: four times the speed at half the cost. When I called to cancel Unwired, they didn't even try to keep me as a customer--they simply admitted their product wasn't the best available and let me go. My advice: Before signing up with Unwired, research other options. It doesn't take long to find better internet service at a much better price.

A month later I called and said someone was to call me back in Feb & I wanted to cancel. Insisted I pay $300 and I said no you were to listen to recording and get back. Now my lawyer is handling it as it is illegal as NO new agreement was communicated-ONLY a price reduction. It is on tape!

We actually cancelled our cell phone services with a different company that day and got a new plan with Spectrum for two cell phones and WiFi. We've been using Spectrum since then and have had no issues, service is great. The best part is our bill for all three mentioned is cheaper than the original cellphone plan we had. Thank you Silia.
