I initially hired this company for lawn maintenance and was hopeful based on the reviews…read more Unfortunately, communication and quality of service became a problem. After informing the owner that I was undergoing cancer treatment and would need reliable service, I found myself repeatedly having to initiate contact. I've asked for sprinkler adjustments so I wouldn't be fined by the City of Visalia and he never addressed it. After reseeding my lawn he said he would come every week after that to do other services since he couldn't mow the lawn but he did not follow through. At the time of this review, I have not heard from Q (the owner) or have had service for three weeks. My lawn has been left unmaintained even after I gave him a second chance when he burned the edges of my lawn with weed killer. Upon hiring him I explained how much hard work I put into my lawns before starting chemo and needed someone dependable to maintain it and communicate with me. My hard work has gone down the drain and now I am inconvenienced to find another lawn maintenance company when I should be focusing on my health. Communication and reliability did not meet my expectations for a supposed "professional" lawn maintenance company. I do not recommend this company.

He would send just one person who stayed for about 15 minutes, picking up leaves without actually finishing the job. Communication was not good, calls went straight to a voicemail that wasn't set up. When I finally reached him, Q came and did a great job cleaning up our yard, but after that, it went right back to poor communication and inconsistency. On top of that, services were not consistent, and he even lost our backyard key. I do not recommend QR Lawn Service. Find someone else who is reliable and professional.

It was very reasonably priced and looks great. After explaining that I've always had trouble getting enough water to some dying Redwood trees, he recommended and installed Netafim drip. I was skeptical as I'd tried various drip and other types of irrigation and a few of the trees were still dying and I was sure they were goners. He assured me it would work. Fast forward a couple months and the trees are thriving. He was 100% right about what to do and Netafim was the perfect solution. I'm so grateful to not lose those trees. Part of the back yard project included moving some sprinkler valves from the back/side to the front so the whole side yard could be poured and look clean. The crew accidentally cut my pool fill line as it was buried with the sprinkler valves. This wasn't discovered by me until weeks after the concrete was poured. After letting Larry know, he came out personally with a team of guys, cleanly cut a patch of concrete above the cut, repaired the line, and repaired the concrete. No hassle whatsoever. Larry is easy to work with and I'd recommend his services to anyone. Thanks Larry!
