I also appreciate that Brady didn't price gouge me on the job which I did experience from another service provider giving an estimate. The job was done quickly, professionally, and I could not be happier! I will be calling on them again when the weeds and growth inevitably reappear.

I've finally had enough!! I confirmed an appointment for sunday 9/21, on saturday evening 9/20,…read moreyes, that is less than 18 hours, and Luis was a no show! This was to finish up several unfinished projects thay were still hanging on from July, (we had new sod front and back, added several trees with mow curbs, and plantings around the pool). I forgot to mention that he had already been paid for all of this ahead of time, BIG MISTAKE!! I thought I finally had a date and time to get this done once and for all. It wasn't even very much; adding the drip system in a flowerbed, adjusting some sprinklers, and leveling out some dirt under a few trees. During our normal lawn service on 9/19, Luis even told me he'd plant my flowerbed after installing the drip system, if I had the plants. So even though we were tired, we made the trip to pick up the plants. So Sunday comes, no call and no text!! Yep, he left me high and dry!!! Found out the following friday that he went to another job, even though he confirmed with us! He was more interested in chasing a buck, than taking care of business. Totally unreliable. I had to hand water the plants until I called and PAID another landscaper to do the job he'd been paid for. It's only right he pay me back the money I'm out do to him blowing me off, and he's even giving me attitude about that.

THIS IS THE GUY you want to hire for your landscaping needs. Seriously, Carlos Garcia is amazing…read more Carlos has been outstanding in every aspect of his work for us, including both a large one-time project and recurring biweekly service. He is reliable, punctual, and courteous, and he does great work, often going well above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We're like you; we scoured Yelp for the best reviews before reaching out to multiple landscapers. We had a hard time finding someone who would (a) respond, (b) show up at the agreed time to provide an estimate, and (c) show up at the agreed time to do the work. We actually hired a different landscaper, who didn't show up to do the work after multiple reschedules. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we hired Carlos. If he doesn't respond to your message right away, give him a little time -- he's probably out working! We initially hired Carlos for a one-time project that included cleaning and re-mulching plant beds, weed removal, and trimming dozens of monstrously overgrown rose bushes and other plants. His estimate was reasonable and he arrived on time for each visit. He and his crew did a great job and totally transformed our yard. Based on the good experience with the one-time project, we hired Carlos for biweekly service. He has reliably shown up every time for the past six months, and continues to do great work. We just asked for basic maintenance like grass trimming and leaf blowing, but he has consistently gone above and beyond to maintain the work he did with the one-time project, which we didn't expect, and continues to blow us away with the scope and quality of his work. We have also asked him to do smaller projects, like replacing broken sprinkler heads, which he has done promptly, cheerfully, and at a very reasonable cost. Every time Carlos finishes his work, I think, wow, this guy does such a great job, I should go write a Yelp review. Well, finally, here it is! Carlos Garcia is amazing. I'm telling you, your endless Yelp search is over -- hire this guy!

After informing the owner that I was undergoing cancer treatment and would need reliable service, I found myself repeatedly having to initiate contact. I've asked for sprinkler adjustments so I wouldn't be fined by the City of Visalia and he never addressed it. After reseeding my lawn he said he would come every week after that to do other services since he couldn't mow the lawn but he did not follow through. At the time of this review, I have not heard from Q (the owner) or have had service for three weeks. My lawn has been left unmaintained even after I gave him a second chance when he burned the edges of my lawn with weed killer. Upon hiring him I explained how much hard work I put into my lawns before starting chemo and needed someone dependable to maintain it and communicate with me. My hard work has gone down the drain and now I am inconvenienced to find another lawn maintenance company when I should be focusing on my health. Communication and reliability did not meet my expectations for a supposed "professional" lawn maintenance company. I do not recommend this company.

He would send just one person who stayed for about 15 minutes, picking up leaves without actually finishing the job. Communication was not good, calls went straight to a voicemail that wasn't set up. When I finally reached him, Q came and did a great job cleaning up our yard, but after that, it went right back to poor communication and inconsistency. On top of that, services were not consistent, and he even lost our backyard key. I do not recommend QR Lawn Service. Find someone else who is reliable and professional.
