I didn't feel like she was just trying to sell me a phone she actually took the time to tell me which ones were better then the other ones. The prices are very reasonable here, there's a $25 restock fee if you don't like the phone within 6 days of purchasing it you can exchange it. The computer system seemed to be a little slow both times I was in there so it took longer then I expected to be in there. I'll definitely be returning because of the great customer service from Monica and the reasonable phone prices!

The kiosk is rather big with counter space on all four sides so it didn't feel crowded. The gentleman who worked there was very friendly, helpful, patient, and did quality work when it came to replacing the screen. We left the phone at the kiosk and walked around the mall. Within 20 minutes the phone was ready. I also bought a phone case for her and we both got screen protectors on our phones and the total was less than 200$. That's a good deal in my opinion. There were plenty of cases to choose from if that is what you fancy. In and out with what you need when you can't live without your phone.
