AT&T hobbles ALL customer service with just how little this company thinks and cares about its customers. Saying AT&T SUCKs would be an understatement. I've been an AT&T customer for over 2 decades and a customer of The Bell System for over 60 years. As automation has taken over, customers are a disposable commodity. I have business plan with AT&T for the last 8 years. Disgraceful service. Unhelpful agents who make promises that are unkept. They lie to only placate and get commissions. My phone plan was supposed to cost $132. Per month, we have yet to have paid that amount. Every month the costs go up due to "Glitches" on the fault of AT&T. Though promised refunds and corrections, each month the same mistakes are still there. We're paying a higher price each month. Nothing gets rectified. Agents that can't understand English and inept to correct errors. Each phone call is a new lie. A new story. A new excuse. They admit it's their fault, yet lie to us about refunds and corrections needed. Disgraceful behaviour.

Redman's has gone above and beyond getting our truck repaired so that we can get where we need to go with the confidence that we can take long trips with out 5th wheel or traveling to be with friends and family.
