Soapy water and clothes dee pulled out of machine and bagged
Cindy B.

It's been over 10 days since the incident and the fact that I had to rewash everything at a cost of over $50. The owner has yet to talk or say anything about his employee. And no one has reached out to me even though I left my contact info on line.

What to look for, tucked away in the back of a tight little strip center.

My review for this shop is long overdue. Excellent place to dry clean your sailor's uniforms…read more Friendly staff who honors military families. I highly recommend this place for people who have little kids and need a convenient way of dropping off clothes via their drive thru window;) It really helps to have a full service dry cleaning shop that has a drive thru option especially during the hot summery days. It saves time for mommies who have babies. No need to unload your kids and heavy load of clothes. Drop off your uniforms and come back to pick them up at your convenience. You save money if you pay in advance and drop off your uniform sets.

Please please know ‼‼‼‼ this place is under new management and he is so rude no customer service…read moreand for sure unethical to his business.. I took in a 6 month old new letterman's jacket (just paid $700 for it ) to clean and when I picked it up my patches and letter where destroyed and the jackets cotton fleece was also destroyed, I guess since my jacket was black and green I ran a risk of the black bleeding into my white patching which I was not talked or made aware about any problems that could happen with the jacket in which I wouldn't of left it .but we all take all our delicate clothing to dry cleaning so it can be washed properly. Now the owner was so rude but took it in for a second session . When I picked it up he had destroyed the patches and my son's school letter patches. He refused to listen and asked me to take my jacket and leave. All I needed him to do was to fix or replace my patches. It's my son's senior year coming up 2024/25 and all I wanted was for his jacket to be ready for senior pictures and his senior year. He might not think this is an important piece of clothing but it showed all his hard work and effort throughout his 4 years in high school. I hope nobody else takes their important items to this place specially with poor customer service from him and a young lady's he has working there

BEWARE! Horrible service that will lose your items, blame you, and refuse to make the situation…read moreright. They lost some of my items on 2 different occasions. Both times, they tried to claim they never received them. The first time I let it go, mistakes happen right? The second time was with 2 red and white sherpa pillow cases, very hard to lose track of. I spent over 3 weeks checking in every couple of days because they wouldn't get back to me. I asked them to put me in touch with the local team, they refused. I asked them to tell me where they sent my laundry, they refused. They claimed they looked at video footage and were "pretty sure" they never received my items so I asked to see the footage and they refused. Again, they tried to convince me I had misplaced these bright pillow cases somewhere in my house--it was all my fault! After they told me it was my fault for losing the items, they said they would reimburse for "good faith", like they were doing me a favor. Their company policy is to reimburse 60% of value for lost or damaged items. I sent them a receipt showing I had paid over $100 for the set, they offered me $10. I fought back and they offered me $17.99. I asked for an explanation of where they were getting this number as it was no where near 60% of the value of my item, and they showed me some random set of pillow cases they had chosen. It was a completely different brand and material of my items. They said this is what they were basing it on and that $17.99 was as high as they would go. Then they tell me they will only give it as store credit, meaning they will just get the money back anyways!!! I will never be trusting them again and I would warn you to stay away.

We've only used them once so far, but they delivered what they promised and were a Godsend when our…read morewasher & dryer broke. So reasonably priced, professional service, and easy to use, we will likely use them even after our w&d gets fixed, just to save us time and energy (and utility costs!).
