I am opening a new business and needed waste removal set up for my location. All of the people…read morearound my facility use Republic so I signed up. The staff I spoke with were super friendly and very helpful. They dropped off my dumpster and bins when they said they would. The driver was friendly even if it was the butt crack of dawn. Each week before service runs I get a reminder email that is super convenient because my brain is running in many different directions at once right now.. and trying to remember to empty all my trashes and run my bins out would likely be forgotten. Seriously opening a new business is as easy as nailing jello to a tree! But this company makes it easy. Plus all of their drivers are super friendly and obviously proud of their job and it shows. Their new electric garbage trucks threw me for a loop! I saw a truck go by, but it was silent! I thought my sleep deprived mind was playing tricks on me but, nope! Super cool! 10/10 super glad these guys have my back... er my trash? Oh, you know what I mean!! Lol

I called their customer service number right away and stated that there was no trash pickup yet and wanted to know the status of the truck if it's arriving today or another day but the schedule pickup day is today. The customer service agent representative was able to assist me and resolve the issue.
