I wish I did t have to use this service. The worst customer service. Have been calling for 2 weeks for a pick up and no one ever called me back. I had to call and call and call. Finally got a confirmation my dumpster would be picked up next day since I'd been calling for over a week to schedule a pick up. That day came and went and nothing. Call again the next day to be told that they've supposedly come out several times but gate was locked. Did the only other person I spoke with mention that NOPE. Did I ever get a call back to my voicemails or to tell me ANYTHING AT ALL?? Nope. Called today and got a whole different info and now I won't be able to get a pick up until next week at which point they'll charge me again for "overfilling" my dumpster which, btw, I was told RARELY happens and if it does EMADCO just takes "the word" of the person dumping it. I wish I could take my business somewhere else. read more

Not sure about the other reviews, but I've always received fantastic service from Emadco. We have a bear bin with them. Called today at 9:00 AM for a switchout of a full dumpster, and they were here by 2:45 PM doing their job. I'll edit this review if that changes, but so far so good! read more

I would give them negative stars if that was the option. EMADCO is the worst. They advertise to be garbage collectors, but they will give you garbage if you call for customer service. I disagree with each of the two reviews listed here. I have been an Emadco customer for in excess of thirty years and have ALWAYS found them to be courteous, understanding, and kind in EVERY respect. Their customer service staff is amazing and always willing to listen and to help. Don't pay any attention to the other reviews....mine is the truth! read more
