I was my first time dropping off quite a bit of e waste in the way of computer components. This business was easy to find thanks to signage in a somewhat busy street. The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and helpful in helping us unload items from my car. When we were done unloading, he said there was no charge for any of the items and thanked us. After dropping off my equipment, I found my device active in another part of Fresno. After speaking with a representative at the company, he explained to me that on occasion, they sell their equipment rather than recycle it. That any data should have been wiped and that any misunderstanding of what happens with the equipment is my fault. Be aware that this isn't necessarily a recycle facility, they can resell your equipment. read more

They didn't pay me. They said it wasn't like recycling cans. I brought in 3 computers: 2 i3s and 1 i5. Their website gives the impression that I'd be paid $44 for that alone. I brought some speakers, cables, wires, etc. too. A friend of mine said they paid her well so I chose this place. The guy just said they don't pay for drop offs and was like "thanks bye." Second, like many other reviews, I thought this was open throughout the week. I loaded up my stuff on a Sunday to drop it off Monday. I reread the website and called and realized they're only open on Sat 10am - 2pm, so I left the stuff in my car. I looked up other places, but I thought the compensation was worth the wait. I just dropped off a bunch of old electrical stuff from a toaster and a hair dryer to a stereo receiver and a broken turntable. They unloaded it for me and I was out in two minutes. And no charge! Will be taking more, for sure. read more

I thought from the reviews that this would be the place to go. Yelp even showed hours of operation daily as well as Saturday. So we went there on . We found only moving and storage. The clerk said that there were Thursday present only on Saturday morning. Called the contact number only to learn that the mailbox was full--Goodby. Had to go to the website to learn that daily hours are for pickup only. Was disappointed and went elsewhere. read more

Took an old pc that required data destruction and an old printer to the Saturday drop off event they hold weekly from 10 - 2 pm. Arrived just before 2 pm and received excellent service and it only took minutes. Watched him destruct the hard drive on our old computer onsite. Easy to find location, friendly, helpful service.
