Right before 4 they text and stated they would be unable to make it out. So not only did they cancel once but twice within one day! Each week before service runs I get a reminder email that is super convenient because my brain is running in many different directions at once right now.. and trying to remember to empty all my trashes and run my bins out would likely be forgotten. Seriously opening a new business is as easy as nailing jello to a tree! But this company makes it easy. Plus all of their drivers are super friendly and obviously proud of their job and it shows. I know that's the time was later in the day so I called their customer service and the customer service representative named destiny assisted me through the process and destiny stated that he was coming that day to pick up the recycling cans at my complex. However that didn't happen and the trash technician did not arrive until the very next day around 12:30 p.m. to pick up the recycling cans in my area. I will truly appreciate if they work on their deadlines and times to service as scheduled.
