Great service. Very knowledgeable. Great value. Yemi saved my bacon. I lost years of data he was able to recover. I found him after another local chain had my computer for months and got nowhere. I will go back to Yemi for system advice and all my computer needs. He is the best! read more

Another update and I'm happy to share that this is the best investment we've ever made. Our annual contract has given us such peace of mind. Great service! Jemy replaced my battery, good price, kept me informed on the progress. Will defiantly use them in the future,

Yemi at Central Valley TechCare was very pleasant and great to deal with. We have an old PC that needed cleaning out and speeding up and he gave us an estimate that he completed in the timeframe he quoted. The final price was very reasonable. Location: He normally is a traveling repair service, but as we are 30-40 minutes away from Fresno, we brought our computer to him, which was no problem since we were in the area. He has a home repair studio that he works from so parking was easy. Communication: Clear, prompt and respectful. He emailed me the receipt after the work was done which I appreciated. Knowledge: Yemi seems very knowledgeable and told me what he thought the problem might be with our PC and fixed it accordingly. ETA: On time, although we were in no hurry. Price: Very Fair. Yes, I would recommend and we will be back. read more

Adeyemi really good at responding and taking care of my problem with my laptop. I just replaced a fan, so it was not as costly and Adeyemi was fast. I dropped off my laptop on Monday morning, and was expected to receive it the same day, but due to a shipping mistake, he expedited the right part at no extra cost and I was able to pick up my laptop on Tuesday morning before work. Thanks Adeyemi! read more

I stepped out of my comfort zone and did not use a "personal reference" regarding a very stubborn anti-virus program removal for my home desktop, so I decided to search online for the fix. I found Central Valley Tech because the office was near my work and the reviews looked good. I sent an email explaining my issue and Yemi got back with me letting me know "could take care of it." I set up a time to drop off my PC and it was completed by the next day. Yemi was very professional is the type who explains every step of what he was going to do. Price of repair and new anti-virus program was very reasonable. I will use Central Valley Tech again for any future issues. read more

Well I messed up, typically maneuver! my review went on the wrong profile! same guy I had wrong email. "James B." I'm not going to re-write this however now I was able to give 10 stars... THAT's what Yemi deserves great job thanks again. read more

I was looking for an affordable place that wasn't Best Buy to replace my laptop battery with a new battery I had bought. In hindsight, I probably could had done it myself (taking off the back) but I rather let an expert do it than accidentally break something. Also, I wasn't too sure how to clean up all the accumlated dirt and dust of three years. My laptop has been draining battery quickly over the past year as well as having fan problems (blowing loudly and hot). Yemi offered quick responses. He responded to my request for a quote and provided an affordable and reasonable rate. Compared to getting a whole new laptop and what I saw from Best Buy Geek Squad, I was willing to pay his rate. On the day of the appointment, I met Yemi who was professional and polite, asking briefly about my situation, and then after 45 minutes or so, I got my laptop back. He had me log in to my laptop to check if everything was functioning like if I could connect to the wifi. It did work, I could play a video on youtube just fine. He even explained the potential issue I could face since I didn't get a specific HP replaceable battery but used a third-party battery instead. By the end, he told me I could keep in touch for future questions and repairs, which I really appreciate. Overall, it's been a day since Yemi helped me out. My laptop definitely lasts longer now without the charger and the fan blows normally. Occasionally, it does still blow intensely, especially when I use heavier programs, but that's to be expected. The only problem that I've noticed is that my fan blows heavily when I'm both charging my laptop and using it. Not sure why that's happening but will chalk it up to my laptop being old. I appreciate Yemi's fast service, care, and affordability, especially since this was the first time I've gone to a more local place rather than a big tech/IT store like Best Buy. I was a little nervous and unsure what to expect, so it was a relief that Yemi was knowledgeable and nice. Thanks so much! read more

Ayemi is a consummate professional who is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. He was patient with all of our questions beforehand, and answered each one with thoughtful, cohesive explanations that were easy to understand for the average layman when it comes to technology. Ayemi came out to the house and performed the task at hand while also installing a monitor stand, which was kind of him to do. He followed up the next day and inquired about how the new pc was running, very caring about the after thought. Great! btw. Fresno and the area in general are lucky to have someone like him here. I am one who understands this and appreciates this level of service to where I wish to espouse his virtues to others. read more

Had a battery issue with my laptop. Needed a replacement. He worked with me for weeks to make sure I got the right replacement ordered. Once it arrived I took it to the location and he gave me a time estimate. He was able to fix the issue quickly and I was able to receive my laptop same day. Very communicative throughout the process. read more

Highly recommended by someone who gets paralyzed with fear when it comes to computers and systems. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. So grateful Yemi drove 30 mins to my office to assess the problem himself because I couldn't describe the issues clearly over the phone. He solved the most immediate problems and communicated his recommendations to me in very simple terms. I've had an IT person for many years and he was nowhere near the level of professionalism Yemi has. As for the cost, well, I'm a happy client and will definitely request his company's services for my future computer needs. read more

Just had my printer fixed by him within 30 minutes of dropping it off to him. He's trustworthy and he's affordable. Very down to earth guy. Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Answered all the questions I had and kept me updated through the whole process. Great service.

My computer would not boot up so I looked on Yelp and found Central Valley TechCare. They are very professional and answered all my questions. Their pricing is great! They don't try and screw you over. They came picked up my device, fixed it, and delivered back to my house in one day. I would recommend them over any other company out there. I called another company and the quote was ridiculous,I could have bought a new computer for what they were going to charge. Thank you once again Yemi. read more

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Yemi has been awesome for our small business. Anytime we need a little help here or there Yemi is our fist call. He's super friendly, highly knowledgeable, affordable, and has great customer service. He's our first call for all our needs. read more

Wow, one phone call and this business saved me my printer! I was calling around different printer repair services and I was getting quotes for more than my actual printer was worth. They USB port cable that connects to my printer broke off, so I was unable to print. He suggested I try printing via WIFI, however I am a school teacher and my district does not allow my personal laser printer to be connected to the school network. He suggested I use WIFI DIRECT option, which I had never heard about. He gave me a review on how to do this over the phone and said it was pretty straightforward. I am not super tech savvy but I can figure things out. Thankfully, I did figure it out and am now able to print using WIFI DIRECT. Wow thank you so much Central Valley TechCare! You did not charge me a dime for helping me but I know I will come back to you for any future business. Great service here in Fresno. read more

I would give more stars if I could. While traveling, my machine would power on but would not give me a screen. I contacted Yemi when I was at LAX and he graciously agreed to coordinate with my schedule that day. Fast forward about 6 hours later and he came to my house and within 10 minutes was able to diagnose that my issue had to do with my memory cards. He took my machine with him and within an hour or so advised me as to what was wrong and my options. I had my computer back and working again within the next hour. Yemi is extremely professional and transparent. He will give you all your options. Pricing is also very reasonable. I highly recommend and will recommend him to anyone I know who needs to have their computer evaluated. Thank you Yemi! read more

Yemi is responsive and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is working properly. He even helped with another tech issue that was not even related to the PC. I am a repeat customer and would have no hesitation referring him to a friend. read more

I live in the Sierra Nevada's, am Not technically inclined and when customer service at Brother printers told me I needed an authorized dealer I thought I was going to have to buy a new one.. I found Central Valley Techcare online. I took the printer in. After a couple hours it was good as new! Adeyemi was patient and explained everything. He even took a call and helped me set it back up at home. I asked if I can go back with my aging laptop for help, he said yes! Thank you for great service at an extremely reasonable price! read more

Yemi is wonderful to work with. He's honest, upfront, and gets to work on your computer quickly! He had mine back to me in less than 24 hours. We have hired this business ( Yemi ) on several occasions. In fact, he has helped us on several levels...fixing a laptop, swapped out a digital drive in a new computer. Which I have to say ZOOMS with a touch of the key. And I mean ZOOOOMS! Yemi set up and took such care in placing our security camera's around and in our home. BUT! that was not all....he explained & taught us how it works & the many things we bought. We aren't savvy in tech things but I can tell u, I know what to do. He's patient, cautious in being safe with this virus going around. He would never jeopardize anyones health, including himself & family. He is respectful in that area and never EVER impatient or rude. The best part, businesses like this can take advantage of you & ur lack of inexperience in this area...NEVER Yemi. He puts an honest day of work for an honest pay. And it's not a rip off. He has been in our home, around our home, taken our computers and brought it back in 1-2 days. Always in contact, always the best advice & gives u options in upgrading according to a budget. He IS THE BEST!!! anywhere. He will never steer u wrong. And he has unreal follow up and customer service. read more

As many as others have said, I would totally agree. 5 stars is not enough, maybe 10 or more. I went to Yemi, with a disabled fan that wouldn't even let me start the laptop for more than about 45 seconds just enough to get so frustrated and ready to toss the computer into the pool. So I went on yelp, see who was close and could help? One company told me it would be 3-4 weeks depending on the part availability, mandatory payment in full before they would order the part. Not with Yemi, told me where to look and the approx. price "nailed it". Said it was very possible to have the work done within 24 hours, again "nailed it". I don't think he had my laptop for more than an hour. With out a doubt the BEST service, I will for sure recommend Yemi, to anyone that needs tech service on their computers from now on! Yemi, also gave advice on what to do to increase speed and efficiency on my laptop. I will be reaching out to him again soon to complete these tasks. NEEDS more that 5 stars in my book. Easy to talk to easy to understand in simple terms if your not a computer person. I plug it in and pray it works. Thank you so much. Jim B. read more

A++++ I sent a quote and was probably expecting a response the next day, however I got a message back in less than 30 minutes. My laptop was around 6 years old and I have my whole life in it. All my babies pictures in it and I was scared that I was going to lose everything. I took my laptop in 2 days and less than 1 hour I got a response from Yemi that he can retrieve my things back. He even went above and beyond to get me a hard drive to transfer my data on. Service was so fast and efficient. He even gave me ideas and recommendations on the kind of laptops to get in the future. Such wonderful services. Thank you so much I am very happy and amazed I got everything back. read more

I'm a happy customer!! My external hard drive fell on the ground (thanks, kids!) and wouldn't boot up. I was dragging my feet on finding a data recovery expert, because I wanted someone local instead of mailing it away. Finally, I turned to Yelp and contacted 3 companies. Several things impressed me about Yemi and Central Valley TechCare: 1) he was knowledgeable and articulate on the phone 2) he was willing to do some research about the device and the problem to determine if it was likely something he could fix 3) he was able to take the job the same day 4) once he researched the problem he offered a flat rate to fix it with NO CHARGE if he wasn't able to recover the data! That is impressive customer service! It was icing on the cake that he was less expensive than the other two companies I called. To top it all off, Yemi had the job done in a few hours and delivered it to my home, at no extra charge (granted, I live close by). But for a frazzled mom trying to get 4 kids to bed on a Friday night? Worth its weight in gold!! Yemi also provided wise advice for safe data management going forward. I highly recommend Yemi for his technical expertise, people skills and prompt, quality work! read more
