I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made.
