My laptop wouldn't startup at all and it couldn't detect the hard drives. So a friend recommended Leon's Computers, said they were good and cheap. Okay so I go and the dude seems cool at the counter and said he will check it out and let me know..it was going to be $80 bucks for the diagnostics and if nothing Is wrong with it then it's going to be just $80, but if somethings wrong with it the $80 goes towards the full price of however much it cost to fix the problem. Well come to find out my laptop when you open up under it to get to the hard drive the clip holding it was a little bent and he said he just bent it and messed with it a little bit so that when it closes it reads the hard drive. I really needed it for online school and I think 2 days later it was ready. $180 is what he was charging me and that hit me by surprise for sure. He explained why it's that much, for the installation of windows 11 which I said no I wanted Windows 10 and than some bogus security stuff. On the receipt it showed what was installed and when I asked about it he said they suppose to remove those items because that's not included. So they fixed my problem and fast, minor issue and than left windows 10 on it which it comes with and added some security thing on it which come to find out comes with my laptop. Totally rip off if you ask me! I'm glad he fixed it but $180?? Okay whatever's, we'll lately the screen glitches well I play online! Not all the time but it sure is noticeable and when they emailed me to check up I explained the problem and haven't heard from them yet. I feel like they totally took advantage because he new I needed it for school asap...we'll I will never go back there! *Now how would that be if I had previously installed windows 11 myself about 1week prior to taking it to you guys? I have used Joey and his team at Leon's Computers where I work (3 Restaurants) and they built, installed and set up multiple networked stations without us skipping a beat in our office. Then they were able to install security software and firewall upgrades to ensure all private information remains private at all Our locations. That's not all, I called and Joey came out to my home set my tv flat screen up, DVD player and surround sound to ensure everything was working perfectly.
