He informed me on what the service would entail, the base price, and from the start never pressured me about hiring him. I booked him the following day and not only was he on time but sent a text letting me know he'd be there within 30 minutes. I love that heads up! Nothing was broken on my AC unit. This was more of a preventative/maintain the equipment type of call. He checked all the wiring, freon levels, ran an amp output test, and cleaned out my AC unit. Lucky for me everything came back as in great condition. He did inform that my amp output wasn't going over the allotted amount, but it was getting close.
