The original roof only had skip sheathing since the house was built in the late 1970's and had to be up to code (7/16 OSB plywood sheathing, 30lb synthetic underlayment, bird stop flashing and new composition shingles over the AC system along with transition flashing along both sides of the AC system) for a solar panel install. It took the crew from start to finish in one weeks time. The concrete tile was broken as well as chipped and had to be replaced which was done after project completion. As a homeowner, be present while the work is being done so that any issues with the install is addressed, which for me were many. Overall, good value and money well spent
