Mine receive full sun exposure with 10 east and 10 south facing. They are also the only company that would install the panels I wanted, REC alpha pure rx 460's with 2 Tesla power wall 3 batteries. The install was clean with no conduit running along the roof , everything fed thru attic. I produce more power than my friends 26 panels ( all south facing) q cell system. I was so worried about this purchase, however now I'm just disappointed. Disappointed I didn't hire Sunmade sooner!

They are automatically taking $350 a month from my checking account and on top of this I have an outstanding bill with PG&E in the amount of $1600 now. Comes to find out this is a yearly charge . After almost paying off the first year of NEM charges here comes PG&E slapping on another $1400 . I am on a payment arrangement paying $200 a month + this solar company gets $350 a month . That level of professionalism and integrity really stood out. In today's world, many companies treat business as just a transaction, sell a product and move on. Nova Energy is different. They take the time to understand your needs, educate you, and guide you without pressure. Their approach is honest, professional, and customer centered.
