Words truly fail to aptly convey the excellence, integrity, value, high craftsmanship and…read morecreativity Jason Batman and his team brought to our difficult, highly customized solar installation on a 100 year old property. Our family has been a victim of PG&E's expensive and unethical practices for years, and the approach to this install was very important to us. Jason is a true master of his craft, bringing intelligence, creative insight, and remarkable integrity to every aspect of his work. He generously put up with my highly analytic and data driven approach to the install plan, sourced our Tesla batteries and panels at far, far below market value (beating out numerous competitors by a truly considerable margin), refused to charge more than his quote even when unexpected costs arose, and offered transparent, excellent planning and communication every step of the way. Jason and his installation team produced an aesthetically clean, 20 panel array befitting our historic home, integrated our new array with our existing one in a difficult and customized way requiring thousands of feet of wiring/conduit, and achieved a commercial grade, quality install of 2 Tesla Powerwall 3 batteries that have now fully liberated us from PG&E grid dependence. As Jason himself predicted, in just 2.5 weeks, our new system has exported 700 kwh to the grid, and imported 0 kwh. We are now fully in control of our power, and no longer at the mercy of PG&E, now, or in the future. Financially, this is utterly lifechanging for our family. So, for anyone considering Sunrun, or other companies, do not move forward until you have given Jason Batman and Power Pro's Electric and Solar a chance first. They will easily beat out competitor pricing by a large margin, and produce a system of truly remarkable craftsman quality. I cannot recommend Jason and his team highly enough, and our family owes Jason and his team a tremendous debt of gratitude.

I was doing a large project severely affected by the virus, and it was paused. Without warning Platt refused to allow me to negotiate a payoff plan for the $29,000 I was cheated o from by the low ethics developer, and instead sued me. They filed for an incorrect amount and their attorney refused to accept payments, instead tried to force me into bankruptcy. I don't know how they got a court date then because the courts were not even hearing civil cases, but I guess big money and expensive lawyers get their way. If you are a small contractor stay away, the moment you get screwed by a customer Platt will immediately go for the kill shot, no matter low long you've been a customer, or how many hundreds of thousands of dollars you have spent with them for materials. I was in shock over the over the top heavy handed and oppressive posture, the arrogant and dismissive snarky attitude of the account manager, and the haughty, overbearing lack of understanding. So much for the last twelve years of being a loyal Platt customer. Buyer beware, they will drive a knife in your back at the drop of a hat. If you are a contractor, you already know how difficult it is to collect from some customers. A signed contract doesn't mean anything, they know all they have to do is make a prolonged legal battle and that will break the bank for a small contractor. That is pure evil.
