We had Mark come out and measure for new gates and fencing and AFTER he had purchased materials and delivered them we had a change of opinion on the fencing style we wanted. We felt terrible, but Mark helped us figure out how he could use our material for an upcoming client and got us the new material to complete the fencing we now wanted. He did not need to do this, but he did. The new front fence and gate for our house and our neighbors is beautiful. Better than we had hoped and he will be replacing much more of the fencing around our house here soon. If you want a profession quality fence Mark is the only person to call. The fence is beautifully made of the finest materials, and he really made sure to put the energy needed into making the fence something that will last for a long time. He explained every step of the process to me, and if I knew the terminology I would tell you about the special treated nails he used, and the pressure treated posts, but I can't honestly remember everything he said. The key thing is he was honest, and upfront with me about cost, timeline, and what the process would look like. We needed about 30' of fence replaced. It was hard to get fencing companies listed on the various media sites to even respond. If they did they had minimum job size & price hurdles, which were higher than than what I needed. I found Mark through Yelp and contacted him. He had photos of fences he built and repaired and the quality of workmanship looked good. He gave me a price per lineal foot with no minimum and it was a fair price. He was busy, but we scheduled a start date 3 weeks out. We touched base the night before and confirmed that he would be at my house around 8 AM. He and his helper Sean showed up and got to it. They were finished by 3:30 PM and the fence looks great, and matches the old fence perfectly. My neighbor and I were happy with the work and will recommend Mark to others.
