Ace Hardware, Oakhurst: 2025 Nov 21 (5 of 5)…read more The service today is a top 5. The gentleman behind the counter allowed me to post his image. The worst part about having to do touch-up paint on walls is the number and colour no longer exist - even though the paint is from the same company. We had great help today. His service was top-notch. He was friendly and calm, and tested different colours to come up with the closest match. Even though the colours were off when we tested it on the wall, it's his service that made us remember him. Good job, Ace, for hiring such a special person.

At our initial meeting you said you COULD manage the project and that you had ideas of what contractors to use. The designs you came up with WERE beautiful. I wrote that email because I am always nice and respectful when working with others. I didn't want you to feel bad. But you forgot to include your reply and then the email I wrote responding about what changes I wanted made and you responded that we should move forward with someone else. You did say you could "redo the plans" but I did not have another $400 for that. Honestly, you have great ideas. And I have no problem paying for a service. I had an issue feeling like I wasn't being heard about the designs of my own bathroom. If someone wants to hire someone to do it all and they don't care about the result. You're the perfect person.
