Never have I seen such a sign posted so boldly and beautifully in the window of a bridal shop. Needless to say, her love was felt before I ever stepped foot into her sweet shop. Every moment that followed fell nothing short of that... Her care radiates through every hand picked dress, every loving stitch, every word of gentle guidance. I had no clue what I wanted, but as she helped me in and out of each dress with perfect patience... She gave me more than a vision for my dress, but a confidence and support that made me feel as beautiful as the dresses themselves. Doreen was absolutely incredible start to finish! I got married on 2/1/2026 and did not even start dress shopping until 12/29/25! Owner is not accommodating. I went to her shop to look for a gown on an appointment. I told her what I'm looking for prior to making an appointment and she said oh yeah, I have a rack of clothes that I'm trying to get rid off and she pointed at the rack. When I got there on the day of my appointment, I told her right away that I wanted to look at the gowns on the rack that she pointed at when I made the appointment. But she said oh, no. That's not it. It's the bridesmaids dresses that I'm talking about. Then she wanted me to try on this pricey bridal gown that is way out of my price range. So I told her I don't even want to try them on because it's not on my price range. Then I looked at the old gowns and I found one that I kinda like although still not on my price range. It's so pricey for being old, used and kinda dirty. It has some loose threads, too, but it tried it anyway. So I tried it on but it's too loose on the bust line. Instead of offering alteration, she flat out said this is not for you. So I just left DISAPPOINTED. read more

Tons of dresses. Like almost too many, if you're straight sized. Not as many choices for plus sizes. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. If she could move out some dresses so that they were a little easier to navigate that would be a great help as far as browsing to see what you like. Very unpleasant business attitude. My best friend flew in from Maryland to come into her hometown to find a dress for her wedding next year. We had an appointment set for 3 months now and we got a call this morning saying the only lady that works there apparently has been sick for two days. So she could've communicated with us yesterday about this so we could've planned a different shop but we got a call this morning when our appointment was at 11am. The lady didn't even try to show any effort to help or accommodate to us to make something work. The only option she gave us was to reschedule and we said we couldn't obviously do that because she lives across the country and her response was "oh sorry". I first came here looking to buy a wedding dress. Doreen listened to what I wanted and pulled a bunch of dresses. There was one I liked but I wasn't sure, so I left. I made another appointment and came back to try that same dress on, but it ended up not being the one for me. But Doreen was very helpful the whole time, and helped me put on something underneath it to see if I liked that (I was concerned about the bra pads). Even though I ended up not picking the dress, she never pressured me or acted upset I didn't get it. Also, while looking at dresses she is able to point out things you can change or alter on them since she does alterations herself too. I got my dress somewhere else, but came back to Doreen for alterations. She took her time listening to everything I wanted done to it and we spent an hour writing everything down and getting the dress prepped. She only needed about 4 weeks, and I wanted quite a few things done to the dress. When I came to pick it up, I ended up not liking one of the alterations I asked for. Not anything Doreen did - she did exactly what I asked! I just ended up not liking the way it looked once I saw it. The lace design didn't match up with the rest of the dress anymore to me. She immediately brought out the little pieces of lace she had kept from hemming the dress, and started helping me place little pieces of lace leaves around the area in question to help it look more cohesive with the rest of the dress. She was extremely patient with me while I was picky and moved them around multiple times. She helped pin them to the dress so I could take my time looking at each option. She looked through all the little tiny lace leaves to help me find the exact 3 I wanted, and then she sewed them on right there! I thought for sure I'd have to come back another day, but it only took one visit and one pick up to get my entire dress done!! Doreen is very sweet and helpful, highly recommend you go to find a wedding dress and even if you don't find it there, take it to her for alterations. She does an amazing job and I love my dress SO much more after seeing it on with the alterations done. I lost weight between buying the dress and receving it and was getting concerned because it didn't look right being so much bigger, but it came out amazing and exactly what I wanted! SO excited to wear it next week - give Doreen a visit! read more

Loved my DIY experience at Cinderella Cellar. No hovering, no pushy sales people. Doreen is so sweet and she made everything perfect. I added some sleeves to my dress that I bought on Etsy and she put them on, added the final touches I wanted, and was amazing. Doreen was very quick with her work. I took in my ballgown to get it taken in and to have a bustle. She had everything done within two weeks. She was very nice and punctual to our appointments. I was a little bummed that she wasn't able to sew a bra into the dress. She said she could only sew in cups and as a result my breasts weighed down the front of the dress and I spent the night pulling it up and holding it against me to try and keep myself covered. The bustle came undone several times and i would also recommend checking the dress for threads. When I put my dress on there were so many loose threads in all different colors stuck to it but we just took a couple minutes to take them off. Lots of gowns to try on, a comfortable space to try them and show the ladies. Doreen also did my alterations and was super helpful. I had most of the train removed from my dress so she had to hem it. It's surprisingly hard to stand up straight for a long period of time, but Doreen was really good about asking if I needed a break and sending me home when she could tell I was getting tired. Doreen is absolutely amazing. I went to her store on a Saturday and although she was quite busy with many people in her store, she still found the time to ask how I was doing and make sure I was all set. She even helped lace my dress up after my friend and I struggled with it for a while! When I had decided on the dress I wanted, she held it in the back for me (without needing a deposit). The dress was one size too big so she said she'd call the company and see if they had it in my size. I got a call from her two days later saying they did not have my size but she still have the dress waiting for me and would alter it herself. We scheduled a time for me to come back for the final fitting (before business hours so she could have one on one time with me). The dress was altered perfectly and I couldn't be happier. As I was heading home Doreen called and let me know she had forgotten to give me the straps that attached to my dress and she immediately offered to mail them to me since I live an hour away. Talk about going above and beyond! Her store is bright and cheery, and you immediately feel comfortable when you walk in. I loved my experience here and would recommend it to anyone! read more
