Kayla was so attentive, helpful, patient, and kind. My expectations were well exceeded! Kayla didn't hesitate to help me put back on a dress I had second thoughts about, add sleeves to a dress, remove sleeves from the dress, then add the sleeves back on a third or fourth time (lol), and try on a million different veils. I was blown away by the selection of the boutique, the dresses are breathtakingly beautiful with a lot of affordable options too. It's pretty obvious the boutique is picky about which dresses they offer to their customers! I typically don't wear dresses so I, of course was anxious about how I'd look in wedding dress. Instead of attempting to even apologize, or say anything at all. They just removed my review saying I didn't come here. First off the metal piece on the pants cut my hand open right before pictures so we had to stop the bleeding, find a band aid. Also couldn't work the day after due to the slice. I wonder how many times it's been used for the metal piece to even be sharp enough to make a cut let alone a deeper slice like I got. I had to superglue my slice together. Also on the suit it says suit is due by next business day on the suit to avoid late fees. No problem! Yet they failed to clarify that that means Sunday or they will charge a late fee. So they already know this is a problem that's why they send a text out on Sunday saying it's due today. I work on Sunday but I don't consider it a business day. I wonder how many others have had an issue with this. Having a wedding out of town Saturday, then having to rush back to town to return it before 3. Not even able to check out the town we are in. It's not that hard to say "hey we count Sunday as a business day but if that doesn't work let us know" so customers can plan accordingly. I own a business and it's crazy to me the lack of business skills this owner has. If I inconvenienced someone like this or my product harmed them I would to the very least apologize. But nope. Nothing. Actually got rushed out since they didn't want to talk about in in front of other customers. To to sum it up Poor quality material at least for me, I had a very used metal piece on the waistband slice my hand pretty deep. No apology or any words towards that when I mentioned it. Failure to communicate that their business day means Sunday, until 11, they sent a text. So everyone was inconvenienced having to rush back into town to avoid late fees. When the wedding was hours away Saturday night. Weird no one ever considers Sunday a business day, even people who work weekends. I will avoid this place at all costs. read more

Kacy is incredible! I came in with NO idea what I wanted, and 7 people in tow ready to give their opinions! She did an incredible job letting everyone pull the dresses they wanted me to try, and then once we were trying them on let me give her my opinions, etc in private to help her refine my style and preferences and pull some dresses she felt would go well. I love how you can have access to the look book online and start to heart dresses you think you'll be interested in. Hands down best customer service! I went to a couple other bridal shops and did not receive the same care and kindness that I got from the Ivory. This is the third bridal shop that I've visited, and so far it was the best shopping experience yet. The store is co-owned by two sisters who are so friendly, nice, and helpful! Before my appointment, I looked at their website and "hearted" the ones I liked which was helpful because the owner already knew the look I was going for when I arrived. During my appointment, I liked that I was able to look through all the dresses and choose what I wanted to try on, but I also loved how great she was at pulling dresses that I might be interested in. I went alone, so she also took photos and videos of me in each dress which was so helpful so that I could share the pics with my friends/family. I also didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy anything in particular, and she was respectful of my budget. Lastly, the shop is very spacious, private, and cute! I think it would be great to visit with friends and family to make it a whole experience! :) read more

This is the first and only place I went wedding dress shopping, and I have zero regrets. I couldn't ask for a better shopping experience with Kacy and a try-on with Dana. Kacy really took the time to get to know what I liked, and I didn't feel pushed in any direction. She pulled "the dress" for me after getting a feel for my likes and dislikes, and I had the emotional bride moment that I didn't even know I was capable of. They sent me home with a bottle of champagne to celebrate and even followed up with a hand-written postcard sharing their excitement for me. I was shocked that my dress came in earlier than expected, and I was helped by Dana for my try-on appointment. Dana pulled out a veil that went perfectly with my dress and immediately followed up with where to get my alterations. The store itself is clean, the owners are courteous and extremely helpful when it comes to the buying process. My experience shopping and purchasing my dress was great but that's really where it ends. Unfortunately, when you promote someone through your business, you need to be ready for what comes with that (good or bad) and that's what the rest of my review will be on. From the very first appointment I was told that the "in house seamstress" was amazing and the best you could find around here. SHES NOT IN HOUSE. She does ALL alterations at home. I decided to go with her because I've never had to have anything tailored so I had no other seamstress to reference so I took them at their word. At my first appointment she seemed very knowledgable and explained things well. She did seem to have an issue with my questions, almost as if I was irritating her but I've never worn a wedding dress before so I definitely needed clarification on a few things. From that point on my appointments were pretty disappointing. Both of the following appointments she texted me only 1-2 hours before my appointment time saying she couldn't come in. The first time was because she "doesn't drive in the rain" and the second was because of an oil change. This is where I started to get really upset. I have a full time job and had to take unpaid time off of work for these appointments. Appointments that were VERY hard to make because she has such limited availability and almost nothing late in the day. So to text me while I'm working that you can't come in due to an oil change is crazy to me. You know you have appointments so maybe do your oil change at a different time.. In the end she did end up coming to the store for my last appointment. This is where she processed to tell me I would NOT be taking home my dress (week of my wedding) because she needed to fix the sleeve since they were crooked. She told me probably 3-4 times while the owners were 30 feet away at their computers " if we would've just met at my house like I originally asked, then I could've just fixed this right away and you could've taken your dress home today". WHAT?! To speak to a bride like that on their wedding week is just crazy. My mom ended up having to pick up the dress on a weeknight at 8pm 4 days before my wedding. Aside from the frustrations with booking, and the appointment follow through, my $3,000 dress was completely ruined. Both of my bustles broke 26 minutes after bustling. No dancing had even been done yet. Additionally, my straps that were supposed to be sewn in really well so they wouldn't snap apart or break BOTH broke. One broke before my ceremony even started (riddle me that). My 80 year old grandma had to hand sew it for me before walking down the aisle. Lastly, after sitting for dinner, the bust of my dress completely fell in. My dress no longer had structure for the rest of the evening leaving my breasts VERY exposed all night long. The sad part about all of this is that the owners don't seem to care. I am not the first, second, or third person to voice this EXACT complaint. The other two women were told "sorry she doesn't work for us you need to take your complaints up with her". (I have included those texts in my images as well) I'm sorry but you "highly recommend" this person yet when something goes wrong now you turn a blind eye? It's just extremely unprofessional. I would recommend this store for finding your dress because they do offer a wonderful selection but would NOT recommend using their seamstress Angela. read more

I had the most amazing experience at Ivory Bridal. Dana was my consultant and made me feel so, so comfortable with everything. Also, a testament to how helpful the Boutique staff is, I've been deciding between dress colors and Dana went out of her way to research (and I'm sure go down a million IG rabbit holes) to find my dress in both options so I could see what it looked like, without having to image (a lot of pressure for big purchase like this!). Lastly, and I think this is really important to mention, I was able to shop at the new Plus store which was an awesome experience for me. Wedding dresses notoriously run super small and I loved being able to look at every dress in the store and know that they would ALL fit. Not having to guess if something came in my size and to be able to actually try on all the dresses (not hold up a sample size 4 and guess what it would look like on my body) made me feel so confident and comfortable.
