This company is extremely unprofessional. We told them from the start that our stove and oven were…read moreshocking us when touched, and instead of taking it seriously, they argued and insisted it "doesn't shock anybody" and that we should keep using it. They replaced the stove multiple times -- the first replacement had the same problem, and after the third stove in a month, they ended up piecing together two completely different stoves from different brands. The inside of the oven was rusted, and the whole setup looked unsafe. When contractors finally came out, they found that the real issue was a wire that needed to be grounded, but they refused to touch the stove because of how badly it was pieced together. We went an entire month without a working way to cook for our family of five. The man we dealt with was rude, dismissive, and argumentative every time we tried to explain what was happening. If you can avoid this place, do it 100%. You'll get nothing but junk, excuses, and attitude. There are much better places to spend your money
