The freezer didn't work. Called and he came out. It was a temporary fix it broke again called and texted multiple times. No responses. Finally got a response saying he'd come out. We waited all day never called. Never showed. Texted a few times over the next week. No response. I called from a blocked number and he answered and said he'd be out later that afternoon. Again no call and no show. I will never use them again and going to look into how to report them to some sort of like business bureau or something

The owner " Omar Mera " came to my home,…read morepulled the motor out of my washer, left it on top of my washer and told me to leave it there and he would be back the following day with the part that was needed and would put it back in at that time with the part. He never showed up and never picked up the phone when I called. I got a hold of him the following day and he gave me an excuse why he didn't make it out and set up a time to come out that night and once again he never showed up nor did he pick up his phone for the rest of the week. I finally got a hold of him again at the end of the week and he had more excuses of why he never came out and then proceeded to tell me he would come out that night and do it for the same price he quoted me the first day he was supposed to come out LOL even though my wife and I had taken off of work to separate times to accommodate him. We had words and he left my washer as is, with the motor sitting on top of it. I was referred to this place by "Arm's appliances" in Delhi, which is who I bought the washer from in the first place. The owner of arms appliances is related to Omar Mera so needless to say there was no help whatsoever between either of them when it came to accountability for him coming into my home, taking my washer apart, flaking on us for a week, and then never coming back out to put it back together! I'll attach pictures, phone numbers and business cards. Steer clear of both of these businesses you'll have nothing but problems on your hands otherwise!! We are looking into taking them to court.

A couple men from Fresno showed up late today on the scheduled afternoon. The driver greeted me at the door with"where does it go"-it was all down hill from there. Even when we told him where the elec. plug was ( under the kitchen sink) he insisted it had to be under the bar sink. 20 minutes later he finally realized we actually know where the plug is! He came up with multiple excuses and when we solved each one, including our retired (electrician) neighbor coming over, the delivery man said they had spent too much time! He was here about 30 minutes and very clueless. NOW,We will shop ONLY with independent businesses. Big box stores have no service and even worse employees with no manners or pride in their "work". Now we have to find a plumber-and we have a celebration this weekend (2days). Disgusting service and attitude. Likely everyone at the celebration will know why our new dishwasher is sitting in the middle of our kitchen and uninstalled-all of us washing the dishes by hand. Great ad for Home Depot!

We specifically wanted to find a persimmon tree and started off with that request when we were greeted at the front. I didn't catch the name of the person who helped us but they were amazing. They were so patient with us (we are so new to plants, trees, and gardening!) and so helpful. We ended up buying a persimmon tree and rosemary. Very fair prices. It was a huge space with a wonderful selection. Can't wait to come back for more and for seasonal offerings. We just missed the recent sale on vegetables, so good to know they have sales too!
