Terrance updated the software, installed the pump and the board was burnt out also. Common issue with GE Profile. Very difficult to tell. At that point it was not worth the money to repair. He returned a lot of our money and was honest and fair. Basically cost us the price of a service call. I would definitely recommend TAC and Terrance and would use him again.

The…read moretime to "make it right" was at the time you delivered the sofa after using my drill, damaging my drillbit and had me working as your assistant. The proper thing to do would have been to apologize for being late and unprepared and thank me for my help, but that didn't happen. You didn't even offer me a discount. This was a very bad experience for me and I would not recommend you or deal with you again myself.

Technician was really professional and knew what he was doing bc I had done everything he was doing the night before to fix the dishwasher on my own and had failed lol. He didn't leave till he tested the dishwasher few time. It was up and running. Charger $115. I will call them again plus they were local to me as I reside in Ripon as well.
