Kyle in parts is always very knowledgeable and helpful. However Lisa, the older lady in the front with the shorter hair was extremely rude with major attitude. I had a question about my account and her reaction showed that I was basically bothering her. Loudly sighed at me with irritation and rolled her eyes when I didn't know my account number. Then she couldn't even answer my question. She referred to me to coworker beside her who was awesome (didn't get her name). I also heard Lisa on the phone with another person and she was also very rude and unprofessional with them. Hard to believe she is allowed to deal with the public. So hubby and I bought our first 5 acre place and we needed some help with tractors and RTv's. I reached out to Garton, really just to get an RTV because I thought we could make due with just the one vehicle. Grant is my salesperson and he is hands down one of the best salespeople I have ever worked with. He is kind, patient, and always goes out of his way to make it easy for us to get our needs met. As soon as we got the RTV we decided to get a little Kubota B series which is just perfect for our land and needs. Grant delivered it, took the time to show us how everything worked and set us up with the correct implements for our property. Will never darken their doors again. I drove to Turlock for a quote on a Kubota lawn tractor - had the model and accessories selected. The sales representative said he would get back to me. Two days later, I called to see if the quote was ready. The sales representative said he was working on it. After waiting another week, I drove to Fresno and purchased the lawn tractor from Pioneer Equipment Company within an hour. Garton Tractor never did get back to me. They printed off schematics of the tractor without me even asking and took me back to talk to a mechanic for a question I had. Service like that is hard to find lately. read more
