He is on his game, like no other. He follows up and keeps customers informed of pending orders and availability issues. On my first visit, I walked in and said "I am working on an Allis Chalmers forklift." I expected to be told that parts were no longer available. To my surprise, Dan asked for the serial number, and what I needed, and got right on the phone and had my parts a few days later. The best I could do on the internet was over $500 for a master cylinder and 2 wheel cylinders. Dan ordered and got the RIGHT parts for less than $200. I needed more parts for an other A/C forklift recently. I couldn't find some of the parts, but the ones I did were over $300. I called Dan, gave him the S/N and the list and picked up all my correct parts for $200. I won't be wasting my time looking up forklift parts on the web anymore. If the rest of Gold Coast Lift Trucks operates as efficiently as Dan does, this is a real find. Keep rocking the forklift parts world, Dan!

Tables and chairs are always clean , this time around we got two heaters both with full propane tanks. During the party we had more people than we anticipated so I gave Arturo a call to see if he could deliver extra chairs/tables which he came through. Very great communication from delivery schedule to pick up. Definitely recommend!!

(We sent them this exact message as well) "Here is a list of what happened yesterday that made our day incredibly difficult for unnecessary reasons: -arrival was supposed to be 7am, you arrived after 9. -you left during setup and returned with brand new tents that you did not know how to setup -our entire wedding party spent time helping you build the tents instead of enjoying the weeding moments. They actually had to be excused from their professional photos because they were instead helping build tents. -you asked US for sand bags. We clearly would not have that. That is something you should have had -none of the tents were secured. With the known weather, that proved to be incredibly dangerous. -multiple guests during the ceremony had to hang onto tents because they were flying away. - the lights were not set up properly. It was clear you didn't know how to do it. Our event location coordinator had to go back into the tents and re string every single one. -our event coordinator saves the night by getting sandbags he luckily had in his shed and we had to set them up and zip tie them to all the tent poles. -MOST IMPORTANTLY, it was not done on time. I cannot tell you the horrible position this put us on on our wedding day. We had to literally throw table setups together 5 min before the ceremony instead of enjoying this special wedding moment. I cannot stress enough that this was the part that should have never happened. If they had been done in time, with proper setup BY YOUR TEAM, then everything would have been done as agreed upon. But that did not happen." We attempted to come to an agreement with them in which they refused and made false claims. We have photo proof of everything we stated as well as over 150 guests that witnessed this and a handful of amazing vendors that had to step up due to valley premium rentals shortcomings. Do not book through them if it's an important day to you!! Hope they can learn to run a business properly and realize what it takes to be in the event industry.
