Wow, where do I begin with this mess. I would never ever put a company or hardworking indivdual under the bus, but Pedro and his team have been a complete disspointment. Usually I am willing to let go of small things and move on, but I would move with extereme caution when dealing with Arambula. He has committed to multipe dates more than 4 times and only to be a no show without any communciation. Work is incomplete. Pictures of their so called finished work. Ice machine and bar dishwhawer are not even screwed in to the cabinet. Pedro you were a complete disaster and dissapointment. We had to move our building final multiple times. read more

A1 Appliance had Julio and Bruno install our new GE Fridge. They took care carrying it up 2 short stair cases into the kitchen and move the old fridge into the garage down the 2 stair cases. About one month ago we purchased a new GE Profile Washer and Dryer set for our home. On the scheduled date, Julio and Luis from Arambula Appliance arrived to install the set. They were on time, extremely cooperative, and very professional and friendly. They went about their work as expeditiously as possible without undue haste. After educating us about products' features, they departed, leaving the workspace even cleaner than the found it. After a month of use, we are completely satisfied, both with the products and the installation service. These two gentlemen worked so well together that their visit was actually fun! read more

Outstanding service! I received a call from the delivery team about 20 min before to let me know they were on my their way. A team of 3 delivered my 48" built in Fridge up 3 flights of stairs with the utmost care, not a easy task at all!!! Not only did they take extra care with the appliance but also to my home. They made sure to cover all areas they would be stepping on so as ot to damage or mess up my carpet or tile. They watched every corner so as not to damage anything in the home. They were all so very polite and took time to explain to me about the new appliance and answer all my questions. Where to start?...simply put, worst contractor experience ever. Pedro's company was hired to install a new wall oven, dishwasher, range-top, and refrigerator in a newly remodeled kitchen with new cabinets. The installers from Arambula Appliance Installations did not know how to fit the oven in the cutout but, rather than stop and say that the project was above their experience level, they took out their multi tool and proceeded to damage the brand-new cabinets. They did the same thing where the range-top was to be installed. They installed the dishwasher with the drain hose kinked, so it would not drain. They installed the oven feet incorrectly and thought it would be a good idea to slide the heavy wall oven around on newly refinished hardwood floors, creating drag marks/scratches that now need to be buffed out. As if all of that was not bad enough, one of the workers stole an item from the property. They attempted to conceal all the damage they caused, then demanded cash before they left. No check or credit card, just cash. I assume they knew we would discover the damage shortly after they left and stop payment in any other form. Pedro was extremely unprofessional in his demand for cash and excuses for damage and theft. He could not be bothered to be here for the installation, but insisted his workers did not steal. I could have shown him the video from my neighbor's back yard surveillance camera, clearly depicting his worker walking off with the item, but at this point, there is no point. This simple appliance installation disaster has delayed the completion of our project by several weeks, as multiple trades have had to come repair & correct the damage that Arambula Appliance Installations caused. I would not trust these guys to install a Fisher-Price toy oven, let alone new, expensive appliances. I would not let them anywhere near new cabinets and they certainly should not be wielding power tools, as they have no idea how to use them. And definitely beware of any contractor that brings these people onto your job as a sub. It is likely due to cheap prices, because it is definitely not quality work. read more

Be aware! Do not use this company! They scheduled 3 appointments with me and did not show up for any of them. They did try to make me desperate and always asked for more money before even doing anything. I spent 3 days waiting and taking time off work which cost me hundreds of dollars in earnings alone. Eventually I found another company that did the work as planned and for half the cost. The service this Arambula company provides is not professional and very expensive. If you buy appliances from A1 appliance in Rocklin, always use their A1 pro appliance installation crew. These guys are professionals and do great clean work for a fraction of the cost. read more

A1 appliances (Oroville, Ca) used Arambula Appliance Installation services to deliver and install my appliances. Arambula sent two idiots who did not know how to do their job. It took 5hrs for those two guys to install a dishwasher, stove and fridge. It was a shit show of a day! They didn't finish installing the washer/dryer because they didn't have the parts for it. In my opinion they didn't want to do their job correctly because they were from Stockton and wanted to leave as soon as possible. Pedro their manager had to come out the next day to finish their job. And that was a whole other shit show. Wasted everybody time. What a ridiculous unprofessional business. From reading the reviews I can already tell how incompetent Arambula employees are. Anyone reading this review please do not use this business to install their appliances or anything. read more

Kevin installed a new gas stove a few weeks ago and they did a fantastic job. Kevin called me that they were on their way, and they arrived promptly; I didn't make it there on time to meet Kevin in person, but he kept in constant touch with me during the installation and upon completion sent me photos of the installation and removed the old stove without a hitch. Kevin and Jr. installed our new dishwasher today and did an exceptional job. They were diligent, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. We have had other installers for kitchen appliances but no one did as great a job as Kevin and Jr. did . They were careful not to damage the kitchen floor and made this a pleasant experience for us. Kevin A and Junior are the best installers I have ever had. Bar none! And I've had many over the decades. My dishwasher didn't fit so they called the appliance company, got a replacement, and installed it in about 90 minutes. No other company would have done that. Plus Kevin and Junior are extremely pleasant, highly skilled, knowledgeable and accommodating. If you need an appliance installed, I strongly recommend Arambula. read more

These guys are good! they ran into a problem with the installation of our wall oven and were able to figure out a way to make the installation professional and beautiful in our kitchen.
