Disappointed in service and communication. Requested to get cabinets assembled. The workers were to arrive between 3 and 5pm and arrived after 6. . Maria did not let me know any updates of when service workers were coming, whether they were late or not. But she can read my messages that were sent to ask for their whereabouts. The workers stayed at my house until 11pm. Workers spoke Spanish with each other at the front door entrance when they met my husband (and mind you, my husband also speaks Spanish). One of the workers said to the other workers that they didn't want to do cabinets. My husband heard them and told them he speaks Spanish. Very awkward. They also made comments about the cabinets we bought, such as , "did you get them from Amazon?". Why does that matter? Them staying late and not feeling motivated to do our cabinets made me feel uncomfortable. On top of that, one of the drawers was messed up. They didn't pay attention to details and misplaced part of the frame of the cabinet. A magnet for a cabinet door was in the way of the drawer section, so drawer wasn't functional and won't close. We didn't notice this until after the workers left. I spoke with Maria via Yelp the day after and she wasn't willing to send a person out to fix it. She instead wanted to send me a magnet to make up for it. Did the cabinets get done? Yes. Did we like the service and communication, and finished product of the work done? No Lastly, Maria wanted to give us a late fee for the service. My husband called her because we felt we weren't given quality service on their end and wanted to see if a tech could be sent out. On top of that, we never received any invoice (her workers said it would be provided next day). Maria didn't disclose where this invoice was, but she did let us know we would get a late fee if the service wasn't covered. She mentioned this after my husband left a voice mail and text message exchange stating we were not satisfied with the service. See pictures attached. I'm not quite sure how this business can get 5 star reviews , and be inconsistent with their customer service. In the end of the text message exchange, Maria then stated that she would provide the service for free but seemed irritated in doing so. So I'm waiting for an invoice that states just that. I scheduled an appointment quickly and easily with the Manager. I needed my Frame TV mounted, which required a different mount than the standard one, but that wasn't an issue. On the day of the appointment, I had to reschedule by an hour, and they accommodated the change without any problems. Fernando and Bismark arrived early and got right to work. While there was a slight language barrier, it was easily resolved--after all, it's 2025, and translation apps exist. My living room setup was a bit tricky, but Fernando and Bismark essentially did the math on my wall and executed the installation flawlessly. I couldn't be happier with the service and the value they provided. I'm a hard customer to please, so hats off to these two. I highly recommend AD Installation Services for your next TV mounting. Used these guys to come and replace my hood range and they did a great job. Maria was quick, responsive, timely and understanding even after I had made a mistake in the height of the hood, they came back and readjusted the whole thing until my wife and I were happy. Also, they were the BEST value and gave me the BEST price of anyone that I had looked for to do this install. They were late about 30 minutes. They did three mounts. One was a bit too high and when I asked if they could fix, they said they would have to come another time because of schedule but they were 30 minutes late. The second one was good. The third one I didn't have the complete screws to install but they proceeded anyways after I said they could proceed with what I had as long as it was done safely. I complained and Maria offered to send technicians out to fix the issue as well as a 50 dollar refund. I declined the option to send a technician and just wanted a refund. I had a washer and dryer delivered by an appliance store. The delivery men said they could not install it for various reasons .I found AD Installers on line. I called and Maria answered-I sent her pictures of what was needed and she called me back in 20 minutes and said they could do it. They came to the SF bay area from Modesto. It took the team 65 minutes to install. It is a stacked unit in a closet 36 inches wide. Would recommend them. Great job. read more

They were very supportive & responsive! i did not end up needing their services at this time because my items were for free to the public.... Someone recognized the value of table i needed AD Installation to put together ... they took the free solid wood table in deep cherry wood w/carved legs & smoked (beveled & shaped) glass insert for center of big coffee table before i needed to call AD INSTALLATION SERVICES BACK... i was out a lot on work... but i may call AD Installation Services again soon to install a washer & dryer in my utility room & remove the old ones to curb!!!
