I don't usually write reviews, but these guys are honest and fair, I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else.

I took our '17 Newmar MH to Keyes Truck Center for service before we headed out on a 2-week trip…read more Half way thru the trip we heard a beep and the Low Fuel light came on and the fuel gauge went down to 1/2 then went back to full. I knew I had a full tank since I had just filled up 30 mins prior. The beep happened again and the gauge went down to "E" then went back up. The motor never skipped a beat but my heart did. We were just heading into a stretch of no services so I turned around. I called my buddy who said to check the OIL- even though the dash said LOW FUEL. Sure enough the oil DID NOT reached the dip stick. I had to add 3 GALLONS of oil in order for it to be read on the dip stick! I am lucky I didn't lose a motor! I believe the employee looked at the wrong motor for the oil that was required. The smaller motor requires 4 gallons while my larger motor takes 7.3 gallons. So upon completion he never looked at the dip stick and solely relied on the computer I did speak to the manager when I returned. While he was nice and he did offer to pay for the oil and to give 2 hrs on the diagnostic computer. He also apologized and said they "aren't perfect and mistakes happen." Mistakes shouldn't happen on a basic service. I am still concerned about any harm to the motor. I have lost faith in their capabilities.
