However we got the boat home put it in our garage and noticed cat paw prints all over our interior of our boat. Upon closer examination we noticed holes ( claw marks ) all over our interior. Our carpet and inside of the boat smells like cat piss. Chris assured us that our boat would be safe in his "storage" which we found out later was outside. We called him about it and he said hes not liable. Well he has pet cats on his property. We said we took photos of the damage and he asked for them. We sent them to him and 4 days later we got a chicken shit letter in the mail saying hes not responsible. Stay away from this place. This situation caused unnecessary stress and should never happen to a customer who has already paid for their RV. The owner was very unprofessional throughout the entire process. I was put off 3 times and had this appointment rescheduled on multiple occasions just to never even have it.
