Gary quickly determined the problem but unfortunately due to the changing relationship between GM, Allison, and Workhorse, finding the part we needed was difficult - especially because we were in the middle of a holiday week. Paula was relentless in trying to locate the part, making phone calls to anyone and everyone she thought could help - she even called the VP of Allison! To say the team at Mello Transmission went above and beyond to help us get back on the road is a massive understatement. They provided the absolute best customer experience and their kindness will never be forgotten. To: Ralph's Transmission…read more I felt your prices are to "High". I heard your Ad on one of my favor radio station. I read your Web page - thought the local - family owned and run business would be good to the Consumer. I will next time take the time to seek out other estimates and review other businesses. I have always given my preference to Local; Family Owned and Run Businesses - as I felt this is good for the Economy. I now realize there are some local; family run businesses that are not for the Consumer's benefit but more to a line their own pockets. I read where the New Owners of Ralph's Transmission recently purchased the business (3 years ago) and I can only believe with their "High Prices" they are looking to pay off their debt as quickly as possible. I even ask for a Veteran's (I am a Disable Veteran) Discount to try and off set the cost and they "Offered Nothing"; this Company does not Honor nor Support our Veterans. Thanks for the High Bill!
