We didn't answer our phones, but that's actually not the case because neither me nor my son ever got a phone call. We were waiting at the property and you never showed. Did it ever dawn on you to get your butt out of the truck and knock on the door. You saw the car there! You're unprofessional and us waiting from 8-2 only for you to turn around and cancel a third time is inexcusable. So maybe you can understand my frustration. We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that.
