They arrived early and communicated to me via text through the whole process until the visit. Billing was done by a third-party, and I actually had talked to a live person who scheduled the appointment. Though maybe on my bad, but I thought I had asked for AGM batteries, but instead they had ordered and placed acid batteries. This is the first time doing a mobile service so I thought maybe a little pricey, but it was very convenient.

Abe and his son came and worked on our propane system and fixed the problem yesterday. Luckily it was a simpler fix than we thought although tough to get to. No one ever thinks they're going to be in an emergency when they need a mechanic ASAP but I've been in the situation several times and each time Randy has been More responsive than AAA. The first emergency was a tow and emergency repair due to a faulty hose. He took care of me and I was so grateful. The second emergency was tonight after I drove through a huge pothole and the fuel cut off switch was activated. I didn't even know I had a fuel cut off switch until the flashers went on and I had to pull off to the side of the road.Unfortunately it was rush-hour traffic at dusk on I five in Portland. AAA was going to take hours and I was in a dangerous spot. Randy was able to come to my help via phone with a YouTube video and walk me through the switch.I was freaked out and in a dangerous situation and he came through. I scheduled an appointment to bring my RV in at 10:00 a.m. When I arrived, there was no one present. I returned at 10:20 a.m., and an employee had just arrived. He had no knowledge of my appointment or the purpose of my visit. I left a parts brochure for the individual responsible for ordering parts, along with my name and phone number, and was told I would receive a call. I never received any follow-up. Two days later, I returned to retrieve my brochure. At that time, nothing had been done and no one was able to provide any information or assistance. The facility itself is extremely unprofessional. The yard was full of mud, and the office and parts department were located in a dirty trailer. During a previous visit, employees tracked mud into my RV and made no effort to clean it. Overall, this location appears disorganized and poorly managed. There was no communication, no accountability, and no respect for my time or property.
