Mobile RV Pro's is hands down the best and most honest RV Repair company I have talked to and hired. I spoke with Rob, the owner of the company, when I was having a series back up issues within the piping in my RV's kitchen sink. He came out within 24 hours at a VERY fair and reasonable flat rate and was able to fix my issue within about 30 minutes. He was kind, friendly, and very informative. I realized within the next few days that I also had a leak under one of my dual kitchen sinks and he came back out to replace my seal at no additional charge and also snaked my sink one last time just make sure we had really gotten the clog fully out. As long as I have my RV I will ONLY use Mobile Rv Pro's for my RV repairs. I had called 3 other RV repair companies prior to calling Mobile RV pro's asking them what their rate was to come out same day or next day and all 3, I kid you not, quoted me over $700.00 to come out as an "emergency" and that was only to assess the situation, not even repair it. I contacted Rob on 3/24/25, about a slide issue and a falling kitchen sink on our 5th wheel. Rob was either late, rescheduled at the last minute or didn't show up for every appointment we made, over a 4-week period of time. He was 8 hours late for one appointment and I was the first appointment of the day. He pulled the trim completely off one side of the slide and never reattached it. He promised the repairs would be done by 4/24, due to a 4/25 planned trip to a concert several hours away. He no showed, forcing us to cancel the trip, as no hotel rooms were available. To date he never contacted me again about the repairs and he supposedly ordered parts just for my repair. He once told me the delay was because he was waiting on the warranty company for approval, and he needed pictures for them. I called them and was told he never contacted them, and that they don't ask for pictures. Eventually had the repairs done by someone else, who said everything Rob said was wrong. No parts were needed; the repairs were done in a single appointment. In fact, they said the warranty wouldn't have covered the repairs and explained why. They were correct. He cost us hundreds of dollars in lost campground fees, unable to use concert tickets, and repairs to the trim he pulled of the slide. read more

Called mobile rv pros spoke to Jonathon he sounded very professional and nice so had him come out to fix my mom's trailer as we had a propane leak, fridge that would only work intermittently and a heater that was not working. Jonathon came out typed all of our concerns on a laptop told us our fridge was working fine when it wasn't.. then said he wasn't sure if the propane leak was coming from hose or tanks so he would have to order new tanks and hoses. He also said he thought we needed a new thermostat we said fine whatever he needed to do as my 70 year old mom definitely needed heat and warm water. After jonathon typed everything up he charged my mom 400 dollars and said he would be back once he sent us a quote and had approval for the propane tank hose and thermostat he said he needed to order which btw he quoted us a ridiculous amount of 580 dollars.. After he left my mom and myself called him multiple times, sent emails and text asking to please schedule to come out with no response or if he did answer he would tell my mom he was sick, his back hurt or that he would check his schedule and get back to her... but never did.. After 3 months of getting blown off by Jonathon my mom finally sent him an email telling him how wrong it was that he came out charged her did no work and never came back. He immediately responded by saying you didn't reach out I'm not in the business of ripping people off .. then he proceeds to gas light her further by saying he referred back to his notes and he sees he did 2 hours of work and filled a propane tank for free which he did neither of.. I know as I was there. He then proceeds to tell my mom he needs to charge 350 to come out to diagnose again when she already paid him 400 to do just that. Since this horrible experience with this company I have found a knowledgeable rv repair man who was able to diagnose and fix my mom's trailer within an hour. Jonathon was also wrong about diagnoses.. heater and fridge issue were cause by loose wires which could have caused a fire. I would not recommend this place. read more

On June 26, 2025, we contacted Mobile RV Pros to repair our RV's generator and air conditioner. We spoke with Rob Grove, who represented himself as a Mobile RV Pros mechanic. We delivered our RV to their facility, received a written estimate, and accepted it. Rob stated he began repairs. Throughout July and into August, Rob did not provide a completion date and repeatedly postponed our inspections with various excuses. We escalated the issue to the company's owner, Jonathan, who said he would locate Rob. As of August 27, 2025, Jonathan reports he cannot locate Rob or our RV, and our RV is no longer at the facility. We demanded an inspection of our RV within 24-72 hours. Jonathan has not provided the RV's current location or condition. We are seeking immediate assistance and remedies for Mobile RV Pros' failure to safeguard our RV and to perform the agreed repairs. We believe that Mobile RV Pros violated the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) and California Civil Code §3068. Then Rob messaged us that he dropped the rig off somewhere in Oakley street. Jonathan is 5 stars all the way. Our coach had been setting for quite some time and we decided to get it back in shape and use it for work.
