Hands down the most knowledgeable, polite and helpful RV service I've had in the 15 years I've been RV'ing. I'll never go anywhere else as long as I live here. Thanks! read more

I had to call for help after our RV was taken out of storage after an extended time and I was having both water flow issues along with some problems in some of the electrical outlets. Since we had a few days before occupying the coach Kevin (Lunsford) checked his schedule (which was well full) and was able to come to our aid on the day we planned on using the unit. He was prompt in arriving and took ownership of our problems as if they were his own. In checking both problems, Kevin was thorough and used a step-by-step process of elimination to resolve both issues within an hour! Kevin was very knowledgeable and quite personable . . . his rates were fair and in-line with such services. I would recommend Road Runner RV Repair for any problem encountered . . . !!! read more

Needed the pop up vent cover on my horse trailer fixed. They were very accommodating and even filled up a tire that was low. Going back soon for some routine maintenance and to get a blinker fixed. Great service and reasonably priced! read more

Roadrunner RV has been great! We had a major issue with our hydraulic system and they went far and beyond what most companies would do at a very fair price. They have fixed all kinds of little things in a timely fashion as well. Yes, because they are busy, it is sometimes hard to get a hold of them, but they always call you back. We are so happy we found a reliable place. read more

We recently had our travel trailer in for some roof repair. They got us in and out in less than a week. We were kept informed of the issues and when we could pick up in a timely manner. Highly recommend. read more

Horrible customer service from the lady on phone. Called a month ago and spoke with someone. I was asked to send photos. I have tried several times to get a appointment. Finally gave up. They do not need business and could care less. They need a new person to take calls. She's horrible! Go out of town. read more

Tamara, and Daniel were excellent with there help and service on my boat trailer and my truck that tows it. The brakes would work on the trailer and after going through the trailer and having everything check out. They discovered a fuse blown in the truck for the brakes. Tamara didn't have it in stock and so got in her car on a Saturday and went to Napa Auto, they didn't have it then to the Ford dealership were she was able to get one. Everything turned out great. I'm very thankful to them and their excellent customer service. Funny thing is the same Ford dealership looked at the truck on Wednesday before taking it to roadrunner for the same thing and came up with nothing wrong!!!!. I believe they never even checked it out. They just tied up the truck all day for nothing. Bill Brant Ford in Brentwood not doing their job well read more

I've been taking my RV/trailer to Rd., Runner's RV to do great work. For service and parts.

Looking for a specialist in the rv repair business. Just call Scott he is extremely knowledgeable you won't be disappointed!

Beware if you're not repair or RV knowledgeable. Also if your female or elderly. Price gouging on repairs you can't see to verify. Left grease spots on carpet. At least $4000 over priced...I didn't find out until I had already paid. Getting suggestions to file with the BBB and contact channel 5. read more

I have been going to Road Runner RV for many years and have always been impressed with the quality of their work. Since Scott's tragic death Tamera has carried on with her faithful and skillful employees. I have noticed that those posting negative reviews have never actually had work done in the shop. Since Road Runner is a small operation they quite often cannot do immediate repairs. If you want quality work and are willing to wait a while this is the face for you. read more

I have walked in this place twice to get a quote on a satellite install. Both times I was warned "we are very busy, when do you need it done?" And both times I said there is no timeline, I just want to get a quote and if the price is right, I'll schedule it when they have availability. So I was asked for my contact info, I left it both times, I was told they would call back. Well.... nobody ever called back. I won't be going back to them for anything and I would not recommend coming here. read more

Extremely disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) from Roadrunner. After several calls with no call back, we personally went in to request an estimate for repairs for my elderly parents' RV after refrigerator fire damage (this is for class action lawsuit against the manufacturer). All photos were provided and we were told of a backlog and it could be up to 4 weeks--okay, fine. After 4 weeks passed, we called to followup SEVERAL TIMES and each time the receptionist said she'd give a message to owner. We've received NO call backs in OVER 4 MONTHS!! Finally last week I wrote an email expressing my disappointment as my parents have been their customer for many years. How does a business function like this??? If you can't do the job, just say so! read more

The best experience the owner and his staff were very knowledgeable and did a very thorough repair of our Rv, considering we had purchased it brand new from Best RV the worst RV sales experience ever, they actually sold us an RV without doing an inspection. Sam found all these mechanical, issue that should of been taken care of if Best RV would of did an inspection before they sold the Rv. After several times of driving 100 miles each way and every time, there would be a different issue, finally found Road Runner Rv, highly recommend, can finally enjoy our RV experience read more

I was treated very rude by the lady working behind the counter. I was warned not to go here by a friend but I went anyway. I just needed some roof tape and caulking. She wanted to charge me $4.50 a foot for the roof tape, mind you I can buy the whole roll (2" x 50') of this externabond roof tape for $40. What a rip off, I walked out mainly because this woman treated me like shit!! I will stick with Happy Days Rv in Livermore and Journeys in Oakley where the people are happy to have my business. read more

Road Runner RV has always treated me great!!! They remodeled our bathroom changing out an old '96 Bounder tub shower combination to a beautiful walk-in shower. Not only does it look amazing they took their time to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and kept us informed during the project. A year later they installed Road Master system to our car, and when the Road Master design caused an issue they came up with a solution and took care it on their dime (dollars!!!). I've been doing a DIY project re-coating my roof the last week plus. They have walked me through the process, assisted me with replacing some of the skylights. They put as much pride in the job I was doing as in the projects they did for me. If you want someone to treat you right on your DIY or have them do their magic, I TOTALLY recommend Road Runner RV. read more

Roadrunner RV replaced the inverter and power controller on my coach and worked with the extended warranty to order parts and quickly get the repairs done. I was very impressed with Scott, Tamara and their team who took me in without an appointment and they were booked for months. Scott explained in very simple terms the problems found with my coach and provided detailed info on what was required to repair it. They followed up by calling me to advise me of what was needed and the timeline to get things done. I was looking for a local RV repair and have found one and will continue to support their business. read more

I have been waiting 2 months for an appointment. Guess it is time to try some other place.

Good luck getting an appointment. Called them back in May 2020 and was told due to COVID and being over booked with work they would call us back in November to schedule our work. We never received a call. Called again to schedule work and was told AGAIN that they could not see us until April 2021. Seems like they don't have the staff to handle the work load. read more

So back in May somebody hit my RV and I brought my RV down to Road Runner RV Repair to get an estimate they said they had a number of estimates ahead of me and would take a little while to get one, but they went ahead and booked my repair for the day after Labor Day. I called three or more times over the next three months to find out what the estimate cost would be so it could be turned into an insurance company, the lady on the phone said she would have the estimator call me back not once did they call me back! Since then I went and got another estimate somewhere else in one day! Do not use this company they have the worst customer service on the planet!!!!!!!! read more

I recently had my first experience with Roadrunner RV Repair and I could not be more impressed with their service. I took my list of repairs and my warranty info and they fixed everything with Scott using some very clever solutions to some of my issues. He really knows RVs! Tamara was diligent at getting warranty coverage on items I didn't even expect to be covered. People have complained about difficulty getting through to them, long waits for service and high prices. Let me just say that these issues are real, but, personally I don't mind putting up with any of these things when the outcome is personalized, reliable work. I was called twice during the repairs to let me know what was going on and how Scott was approaching issues. They were upfront about labor costs and the parts were about the same price as items on Amazon. Owning and maintaining an RV is not cheap so go to Roadrunner and get it fixed/maintained right the first time! read more

I tried to get Road Runner RV to do warrantee work on my new trailer. They initially kept pushing my appointments farther and farther out due to "priority" customer appointments. Now they won't even return my calls to get the work performed. I'm done with them and will never return. I will also advise everyone I know to avoid them like the plague. read more

I needed a pre-purchase inspection of a used RV I am considering buying in the Brentwood area. I called and spoke with a receptionist who said she would have the owner get back to me since I had a few questions. I know the receptionist gave my message to the owner. The owner never bothered to return my call even though I called three times. It's been three days. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long while. read more

I had a great experience with Road Runner RV. I was a little bit nerves about bring my motorhome there because of the bad reviews. I had questions the receptions said the owner would call me back and he did, we scheduled an appointment to bring it in. They diagnosed my charging system problem with our class C motorhome. Charged us a fair price to repair it Found the owner Scott very knowledgeable Definitely earned our business!! read more

I have called three times to get a fifth wheel hitch installed. Each time i go through all of the info to get an instal done and never get a call back. Each time they tell me the install can be done in May and how much it will cost. Each time they say they need to ask their boss a question. Each time they have never called back. I dont know what kind of shop this owner/manager is running but that is terrible business. If you cannot do the job JUST SAY SO! now i will have to drive over an hour away to have someone do install it. read more

I am very disappointed with the business ethics of Road Runner Repair, I have brought my trailer here for the last two years and every time something is a warranty repair they have told me that warranty will not cover it and I'm better off purchasing a newer part. I was a sucker to their scam for two years until I spoke to the warranty company and they advised me that road runner RV was not performing a proper procedure with their warranty claim. Scott has a small place with not enough storage for the rigs so they do not want to wait on warranty claims. So they convince you to pay for a new part and being rude and uptight the entire time, my heater module went out in November 2016, Scott replaced it and said warranty would not cover it, when I got home it did not work and he said he could not get me back in until February, I waited three months to bring it in and he told me that the heater module went out again and I need to pay for it? I told him I would not pay twice for the same heater and problem, he insisted it was from something in the air conditioning that caused it to fail this time, I called the warranty and they told me that Road Runner should send him the module so they can inspect and Scott did not want to do that, it is too inconvenient for him he would prefer me to just pay so he can get the trailer out of there. At the end of the day they do not conduct an honest business, please do not get scammed like I did buyer beware! And good luck with Tamra, She would not smile it was her best day. read more

Excellent work but at a premium price. Be sure to get an estimate first because he has a tendency of installing items without notifying you first or giving you the choice in items. read more

I have gone to Road Runner RV for small repairs and upgrades for several years. I recently had a tire blowout on my 5th wheel trailer that did quite a bit of damage to the trailer and found that all repair shops for miles around were booked up for months. We had a extensive trip planned and I was in a bind. Scott was able to fit me into his busy schedule and worked well with my insurance company. While my trailer was in the shop he called me in to show me several other safety issues that would soon cause me trouble on the road. Such things as failing brakes and cracked springs. He personally shows me the problems and I agreed to proceed with the repairs. It was expensive but worth the piece of mind on a long trip. read more

I was on the road last summer in my motorhome and was experiencing serious problems with my water heater leaking. I kept running into dead ends when trying to find a repair shop. Finally, I called Road Runner who came to the rescue. Scott and his wife generously came in on a Saturday when they're normally closed. The cost was reasonable and all seemed to work perfectly after that. However, I intentionally waited to submit this review to see if the repairs held up. I'm happy to say I've had no further problems with my water heater. read more

Called Roadrunner needed a repair and mentioned I was leaving on a trip in two weeks. At first the lady I talked to seemed eager to help so I supplied information concerning the needed repair and she said that Fridays are always very busy and she would return my call on Monday. On Monday nearing closing time I had not received a call so I called them. Same story, busy, would call me on Tuesday. Tuesday same story, will call me Wednesday. Wednesday same deal. She said she was very busy and the informed me they were booked until the end of March. I reminded her that I was leaving in two weeks and she said I'm sorry and that she was pretty sure she told me about their schedule. My reply was if she informed me of the March date that I would have been looking elsewhere for my repair. I told her that her customer skills were very poor and I didn't appreciate the fact that she wasted 4 days of my time. She hung up on me! I found another RV repair facility to fill my repair needs. read more
