It had been over a year since it had a deep interior cleaning. Allan contacted me through Yelp and quoted $280 for full interior detail. He was able to schedule a convenient time and date for me. Allan arrived on time and I showed him the main area I was concerned about (big coffee stain on the roof/ceiling of my car. I wish I took pics of the before and after of the seats and dashboard of my interior. Let me just say this was truly a transformation. Once he was done with my car, it looked and smelled brand new!! Stain on roof- GONE. My leather seats were shiny and floors mats freshly vacuumed. Every nook and cranny of my car was squeaky clean. All the crumbs and hair disappeared. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern.
