The work done was the original couch and dinette was removed and the carpet replaced. Bunk beds were removed. Country kitchen sink was installed (love love love) as well as a new water pump. Water damage to the cabinets along the floor, after a 6 month slow leak, were repaired. The shower liner was replaced with real stainless steel fixtures, not RV fixtures. Above and beyond, they cleaned all the windows & screens, washed the curtains, and cleaned 5 years of mildew from the area's furniture was removed. They washed all the spiders down from the outside of the trailer and left the trailer spotless as well as the deck/patio area. This review is late, but I really wanted to see how the repair faired during normal use. I had…read morework done almost a year ago for a side panel that came loose and bent back in transit. It was a partial aluminum panel against a window running along the front edge of my trailer. Not a too complicated repair, but you still want the repair to hold up and NOT look like a repair. Customer service was simply amazing. Rachelle was on top of every thing. From my initial call to responding to my calls and emails, and delivery, she was on top of it. Being the face of the company, you always want someone who knows how to take care of you and answer all your questions. If she didn't have the answer, she got back to me in a timely manner. She dealt with my insurance company and I rarely had to relay any information back and fore. As for the repair, the repair looks great. Paint was matched very well, but to be fair, my trailer is only 5+ years old at the time and well-cared for. The biggie was them matching the decals on my trailer for the panel that was repaired/replaced, which was great. The only evidence something was done was with new sealant. That being said, I did find some minor things like a loose marker light that was not properly sealed and secured, and similar things to tighten up. Because I maintain my trailer frequently from washing to tightening things up, like most trailer users should do, it was not hard to spot. Overall, I am very happy with the work provided and incredibly impressed by the service provided by Rachelle. I would highly recommend them from my experience. That being said, I have only taken the trailer out a few times on short trips under mild conditions since the repair. I will provide any appropriate updates if I have any issues.

I paid a lot of money upfront for an inspection that I was told would completely go through the camper to make sure it was all good to go. However it is now in the shop having an entire wall rebuilt because it was not manufactured properly. Like a whole wall on a brand new piece of equipment. It's had leaks, it's had molding fall off, it's had minor things but a whole wall? I've asked of if I can get my inspection fees reimbursed but am told I need to contact sales or financing... like why do I need to make a bunch of calls when you can throw a pen to the sales guys desk??? The office is Small. Whenever I ask why all this is happening I'm just about the crappy California road and how my camper is an earth quake on wheels. However I'm pretty sure it has wheels for a reason!!!!! It's suppose to go down the road. Good thing gmc doesn't use those excuses no one would buy their trucks. My advice.... Don't buy new! It's not worth it. Or maybe just don't buy highland ridge! In no world is it ok to buy brand new stuff that then needs to be rebuilt, and all you get is a bunch of lame excuses but no compensation!

BE CAREFUL LETTING THIS DUDE HAVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER OR KNOW WHERE YOU live. I recently purchased a new (to-me) 2015 B class that had been sitting for too long. A tank release cable was stuck, and the generator wouldn't turn over. I had called every shop in town, as I have been hoping to get out of town for a break this month. Everyone was booking out 6-8 weeks in advance. I found Joe on Yelp and figured I didn't have anything to lose, as everyone had said they either didn't work on generators, or didn't have an appointment until Halloween (or later). Joe said he could be out there within the hour, would bring lights and was fully mobile. He had the cables fixed in minutes, tightened a battery case I didn't know was late, and will be coming back tomorrow morning to get the gennie fired up (it was too dark to take the carb apart and risk losing a part).
