Would leave no stars if an option. Got scammed, Joe charged me to order slideout rails that he never did order, later weeks later made up a story that it was shipped back without his knowledge and that he owes me money but can't pay me back. It has been months now and he has now ghosted me. Do yourself a favor and chose a different rv repair and do not give this man a single dollar upfront. read more

Yikes. After my initial glowing review, the experience with Joe went full twilight zone. He cancelled and rescheduled our follow up appointment multiple times, sending me texts about his health, bank balance, and family. Despite requesting a payment via Zelle, he then texted me multiple times daily about the Zelle payment not going through (Zelle clearly states in their website that first time payments can take a couple days). When I finally reach out to confirm he had been paid and express concerns over how it had been handled....well, I'll let the texts tell the story. BE CAREFUL LETTING THIS DUDE HAVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER OR KNOW WHERE YOU live. I recently purchased a new (to-me) 2015 B class that had been sitting for too long. A tank release cable was stuck, and the generator wouldn't turn over. I had called every shop in town, as I have been hoping to get out of town for a break this month. Everyone was booking out 6-8 weeks in advance. I found Joe on Yelp and figured I didn't have anything to lose, as everyone had said they either didn't work on generators, or didn't have an appointment until Halloween (or later). Joe said he could be out there within the hour, would bring lights and was fully mobile. He had the cables fixed in minutes, tightened a battery case I didn't know was late, and will be coming back tomorrow morning to get the gennie fired up (it was too dark to take the carb apart and risk losing a part). read more

To find a Mobile RV service now days is a blessing. RV Mobile Services responded immediately. I had an issue with my battery in the RV. Initially, I thought it might be a black tank issue although I couldn't find anything other then smell that led me to think it was the black tank. I give them a 4 star Vs. 5 because right away he increased the price and was pretty flexing on what the charges would be. However, I was grateful he addressed the issue and remedied it pretty quickly by replacing the battery. I will definitely be calling these guys again, should a need present itself. read more

Came out right away. Great prices and very thorough. This the second time I have used them. For my tankless hot water heater and now my central heating. read more

I reached out to Joe, who I assume is the owner, on a Wednesday regarding a hydraulic leak that I was having. Since we were going on a trip on Tuesday, I asked if he could make it by Monday. He told me that he thought that he could , but would have to call me back and let me know for sure. I never received a call. Finally, I texted him a few days later to see if he could make it. Eventually, he texted me back and said that he could have somebody there on Monday. I never heard back from him and so I texted him on Monday morning asking what time he could make it. I did not hear back from him until 2 PM at which time he tried to say that nobody returned his call and that he wouldn't be able to have somebody out until next week. Of course, I never did receive a call from him or anyone. If they can't handle basic customer service, then I don't think I would trust them working on my rig. read more

They saved us when we were stranded on the side of the road. Professional, communicated well. We were able to safely continue on our journey

Super fast and honest work! When I called, Joe fit me in within just a few hours! Upon arrival, he performed a thorough inspection of my plumbing and water pump system explaining everything as he went along. He was very transparent and explained my repair options. He offered to show me how to fix my issue myself, which of course, reduced his fee. THAT is honest business, and EXACTLY why, when I inevitably break something again, he will be not just my first call, but my only call! read more

RV Mobile svcs - bad relief valve and clogged filter - RV Repair Near Me

First our Instant Hot Water Heater refused to light and heat the water. Second our Rooftop AC unit was making an awful clacking noise whenever it ran. And, third our Electric Fireplace would start, run for a few seconds then turn itself off followed by a burning odor. What a mess. We tried several RV shops in town and couldn't get in in less than a month. Joe was able to get out to our RV onsite in less than a week. He stayed less and an hour and had ALL of our issues FIXED! He was polite, efficient, clean and neat. He's definitely added to our contact list! read more

This guy Joe is absolutely terrible, Joe scheduled me and called back multiple times asking if we had an appointment and what it was for after I was already scheduled and covered the info multiple times. Then he called me 15 minutes prior to arrival on appointment day asking again if I had an appointment and said he was too tired from being out too late. He rescheduled me for another day... when that day came he no call no showed, I missed work to make the day happen. Never answered my call until 3 days later.... Then said he forgot to write it down and that he would still take care of it. I should have never rescheduled with him but I gave him the chance. The following week, on the scheduled day.... NO CALL NO SHOW AGAIN. This guy never answered my call and didn't call back. Shady business, I wouldn't recommend this to place to anyone!!!! ZERO STARS!!! read more

My water heater went out on a 2022 trailer and I called a few people from Yelp. This guy texted me back 2-3 days later on a Sunday. He offered to come out that day at 3. I sent him the address and waited. At 3:30 I called and he said he was getting ready to leave, it's January and the days are short and it was like 40 degrees so I asked if he could do it Monday so he wouldn't be working in the cold and dark on a Sunday. He agreed to come out Monday at 11. Monday at 12:15....No call, no text , no show. I could've been working. Thanks Dude... read more

When every other RV shop in the area was booking out for weeks or months, Joseph got me in within a week! He repaired our problems in one day, and his rates are fantastic. Joseph will be our RV guy from now on!!! read more

My converter went out on my 2008 trailer. The converter was discontinued and I was having a hard time finding someone to help me get it up and running. I spoke with 3 other places that either charged me for diagnostics but told me they couldn't find a replacement or I just couldn't get in to be seen. I found Joe on yelp and took a shot. He told me he could pick up a converter and come see me that night. We weren't able to connect but he did come out the next day. The converter he bought wasn't going to work out so he took it back and told me he would shop around. He didn't charge me for that night. Now some of the reviews mention erratic scheduling and TMI over text. I can concur that is also true, but I was desperate and in a bind. This is why I gave 4 stars vs. 5 stars. I will say when he did make it out, he and his partner did not disappoint! I had purchased my own converter on amazon based on what little knowledge I had. When Joe came out he did not know what I bought and they sat down and rewired my whole setup in less than 3 hours! I need to give a shoutout to that skill! Pro Tip on communication: Text don't call and keep your calendar open if you want to get the job done. I a guarantee you will still get it done faster and cheaper than some of these other places I have recently contacted! read more

I absolutely recommend you avoid using Joe from RV Mobile Services. My experience has been nearly criminal. Joe can't be relied on for his scheduling nor his honesty. I have a suspicion he is using drugs. After paying a mandatory deposit on an RV A/C unit that wasn't needed, he will not refund the balance remaining after his services were completed. This is in the neighborhood $600. After multiple attempts to have him work off the credit balance and him no showing on alternative occasions he hasn't paid back his balance. DO NOT PREPAY ANYTHING!!!!!!! He is dishonest, unreliable and brings sketchy appearing assistants I would have trouble with near anything valuable. Find anyone but Joe for your service!! I would give a 0 review but can't. read more

Would leave more than 1 star if I could. Terrible service, rescheduled us twice, then when I called again to confirm he never had us in his log book (which we were told 2 times before) waste of time if you ask me. Don't be fooled by other reviews! Very unprofessional and unorganized read more

We are so grateful for Joe and his team! We had a pretty terrible water leak coming from the underbelly of our 5th wheel, and being without water is an awful inconvenience! Fortunately, Joe and his team were able to come within a few hours of my phone call and the leak was resolved within hours. There's always something needing to be repaired when living in an RV full time, so we will definitely call RV Mobile Services again! read more

It took Joe awhile to get here but he kept me informed and he was so worth the wait. He quickly got to the bottom of my electrical problem and then proceeded with a list of deferred maintenance that feels so good to finally have resolved. Joe was honest, thorough and truly knowledgeable. I finally found my go to repair guy! read more

Joe came out the same day that I called him and kept me updated with his ETA. He was easy to work with and got right to work. We are so thankful for Joe and the services he provides, and we will definitely be using him again for other RV repairs. read more

Joe really knows his way around an RV. Joe came the same day to fix my hot water heater. He offered me something better than what I had. He stayed late until the installation was completed. He helped me understand the issue and also fixed a couple of other things. He charges fairly and doesn't try to take financial advantage of the situation when you need help now. He is absolutely the best and I will keep him at the top of my list! read more

Literallly one of the nicest people ever to work with. Was extremely knowledgeable in helping me get my rv back on track

One day before we were set to take our travel trailer on a family trip (to a place that was going to be 90+ degrees outside), we were packing up our 3 month old trailer, and noticed our AC wasn't working. Not what you'd expect from nearly a brand new trailer with a brand new ac unit. We must have contacted 15 different companies but no one was available that same day... until we came across RV Mobile Services. My wife spoke with Susan who said someone would come out between 6-8pm, which was fantastic, but then they got a cancellation and Joe came out nearly immediately!?! Took about an hour to diagnose, but then Joe spent 2 hours driving around Sacramento and Rocklin until he found the replacement part needed for the ac, and then came back and got it working again, took about 3.5-4 hours or so in total. Now we are off on our trip as I write this and don't have to worry about sweating our butts off in a tin can without a working ac unit. Joe (and Susan) saved our trip, thank you!!! read more
