What an honor and privilege to write a review for RV-Time. Our refrigerator caught fire in our MB…read moreSprinter while dry camping; we think it was due to poor workmanship done on the refrigerator by another mobile RV company. We contacted RV-Time and the dynamic duo owners, Matthew and Ashley. The insurance company approved us getting an estimate, and Matthew immediately contacted the insurance agent and got right to work, which resulted in an approved estimate in half a day. Both Matthew and Ashley explained in detail the job, which involved a new refrigerator, all the connecting propane hoses, electrical wiring, fuses, and substantial cleaning inside and outside the RV. They asked if we had a trip planned, and since we had a big one in a few weeks, they said they would do everything they could to get it done a few days before we left. And they did. All the parts were then ordered. Matthew or Ashley would call regularly with updates, suggestions, or decisions. Both of them know so much about RVs - it is simply amazing. We both felt completely confident that we, and our rig, were in good - no - great hands. We have complete trust in their workmanship and their desire to serve us and our RV needs in the best and most expedient way possible. Do we recommend them? Let me put it this way: We will not go anywhere else for all things RV.

The best service I've ever had. I have owned RVs for the last 15 years and I brought my 33 foot class C Jayco, Greyhawk 29 MV to them for diagnostics and repair. I had a mess of electrical problems between solar panels, converters, and inverters that started with the purchase of this rig from MANTECA RV and Trailer. Everything has been missed diagnosed and repairs done not necessary to the problem. Matthew solved all my problems! The price was more than reasonable! My wife and myself, highly recommend RV TIME to anybody in Northern California. Steve & Becky

Not only were they extremely helpful and responsive, they were able to squeeze me in in the day of and had my trailer repaired and back to me in less than 24 hours. The service department team were friendly, professional and communicated excellent during the process. It was my first experience there and I will definitely be back for all future needs regarding my 5th wheel.

I'm in the market for a new solid wall camper. And I put in a request to talk to a salesman. Mind…read moreyou I taught sales and customer service for over 20 years. The guy who called me back was an absolute dick. He literally had no sales ability and turn me off to doing business with this business ever again. I will absolutely buy a trailer but not from this business. Go to Camping World or anywhere else instead of going to this business if that's the kind of jackasses that they hire. I have a low tolerance for bad customer service and this guy was absolutely the epitome. I hope he's not paid commission because if he is he's going to be in the unemployment line very soon re: Paula's erroneous and ill-based and unnecessary comment: That is not how you conduct business. You are not remembering the conversation very well IF you did sit next to him. Yes, he recommended something else. My tow capacity was 2,700 lbs. The camper was 3,600. There are PLENTY of campers that fall into the range I can tow. Again, if you and he are both this dense and obtuse, then perhaps you both shouldn't be in sales. Let me give you a piece of advice. Next time do better at sales and understand the customer's needs. This is Customer Service 100, not even 101... Class dismissed. PS - Sorry Paula. The call lasted 5 min, 15 seconds. So you were only about 3 min, 15 seconds wrong. Perhaps phone analytics isn't for you. Just like sales isn't...

This is the most positive Camping World experience I've had. I was hesitant to walk in, but I'm glad I did. Can't say this is true about all locations but definitely this one is legit.

Horrible experience here. The time came to sell our RV. It was fun while it lasted but ultimately…read morethe expense wasn't the right fit for us. Moreover we just didn't use this mode for a good portion of our travels. We made some calls to sell it on consignment. Ultimately we found camping world presented a fair option. We arranged a price over the phone that was subject to onsite inspection. Seemed reasonable enough. We knew our rig was in top condition. Upon arrival we met up with our consignment dude Michael. He present a great dirt impression but we wanted to follow through. After a lengthy inspection we sat down to hash out details. This is where things got sour. Michael low balled us and made up a story that the depreciation was so significant that our price was not achievable. He said even at his price the RV would sit for the 99 day consignment and not sell. It was a horrible time to sell and the new model year would create an all but impossible situation. During the inspection they screwed up the levelers and the alarm was sounding. He said they couldn't fix it and we would need to drive it away with the obnoxious alarm. We ultimately left it there so service could make it right. We picked it up the next day and took it to camping world in Vacaville. Upon arrival it was the most pleasant experience. They took a look at our RV and were extremely happy to be able to consign it. The inspection went well. They told us it would be on the lot the next day at the higher price. We were beyond happy the RV sold at an acceptable price the very next day. I suggest you avoid this place. They're crooks trying to pull off a bait and switch. Michael is the worst!
