What an honor and privilege to write a review for RV-Time. Our refrigerator caught fire in our MB…read moreSprinter while dry camping; we think it was due to poor workmanship done on the refrigerator by another mobile RV company. We contacted RV-Time and the dynamic duo owners, Matthew and Ashley. The insurance company approved us getting an estimate, and Matthew immediately contacted the insurance agent and got right to work, which resulted in an approved estimate in half a day. Both Matthew and Ashley explained in detail the job, which involved a new refrigerator, all the connecting propane hoses, electrical wiring, fuses, and substantial cleaning inside and outside the RV. They asked if we had a trip planned, and since we had a big one in a few weeks, they said they would do everything they could to get it done a few days before we left. And they did. All the parts were then ordered. Matthew or Ashley would call regularly with updates, suggestions, or decisions. Both of them know so much about RVs - it is simply amazing. We both felt completely confident that we, and our rig, were in good - no - great hands. We have complete trust in their workmanship and their desire to serve us and our RV needs in the best and most expedient way possible. Do we recommend them? Let me put it this way: We will not go anywhere else for all things RV.

I really appreciate Sac Mobile RV Repair…read more As a woman I am at constant risk for inflated prices and unnecessary costs. This business clearly stated the flat rate for three distinct services (engine oil change, generator oil change, and hydraulic fluid top off) plus the cost of parts. They arrived at my home during rush hour, when they said they would. They were 100% professional, worked to avoid messes, cleaned up the workspace, and took their garbage with them. I will happily welcome them back to my home and recommend them to others like myself. I run around kicking tires saying "shucks" but truly am not mechanically inclined. I really appreciated how they conducted business and that I believed them to be trustworthy. Finally, I came in from a 2,800 mile trip. I explained I have to return my motorhome to storage so I needed them ASAP, and with 24 hours notice they squeezed me in saving me time, risk, and money. I generally hate and oppose performative tipping. In their case it would have been immoral not to thank them with 15%. Really happy with their service. This is my first yelp review, and it is unsolicited nor compensated. Looking forward to working with them in the future. I feel way less afraid of inevitable repairs.

My 22 year old 5th wheel was in dire need of a new roof so after a search for "Mobile RV roof…read morerepair", RV Roof Worx was the first name on the list that popped up. So I called them. After my description of what I had, they immediately sent me a detailed estimate. Considering the extent of repairs listed and a TWENTY year warranty ( Yes 20!), I made an appointment right then for Sept. 28. Daniel, the technician arrived exactly on time and went right to work. There was a slight language barrier so I just stayed inside out of his way. It was quite exciting with this guy stomping around overhead. He worked for three days until dark and replaced the whole roof from the frame up and replaced all the insulation in the attic. Fortunately he took pictures as he worked. I'm glad for that because I don't do ladders well. It's a bummer I can't figure out how to put pics in this review. Before: Almost totally black, with moss, leaves, and high spots where old membrane had come unglued. It was UGLY! After: Snow white, perfectly even, and clean. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!! Sooo, pending the first good heavy rain, Right now I give a 10 out of 5 stars.

Rolling into Adventure with RV Maxx!…read more As a first-time RV buyer with dreams of cross-country travel and a trusty 4Runner as my sidekick, I knew I needed the perfect lightweight trailer to hit the road in style. Enter: RV Maxx--the hidden gem of Rocklin! From the moment I rolled into their lot, the team made me feel like part of the RV Maxx family. Huge shoutout to Mike, who saw me struggling with a stubborn hitch lock (no key, of course ) and didn't just help--he sawed it off, spray-painted the hitch black, and sent me off with a smile. Who does that?! Legends, that's who. After a few visits (and more than a few questions), I fell in love with the 2021 Shasta 18BH--compact, cozy, and adventure-ready. It checked every box I had and then some. From Kyle's friendly walk-throughs to Randy, Steve, Jordan, Jenna, and the ever-awesome Mike, this whole crew went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. No pressure, no salesy vibes--just good people running a genuinely family-run business. If you're dreaming of RV life and want a team that treats you like family (and not just a sale), do yourself a favor and swing by RV Maxx. They've earned every one of these 5 stars !
