Rolling into Adventure with RV Maxx! As a first-time RV buyer with dreams of cross-country travel and a trusty 4Runner as my sidekick, I knew I needed the perfect lightweight trailer to hit the road in style. Enter: RV Maxx--the hidden gem of Rocklin! From the moment I rolled into their lot, the team made me feel like part of the RV Maxx family. Huge shoutout to Mike, who saw me struggling with a stubborn hitch lock (no key, of course ) and didn't just help--he sawed it off, spray-painted the hitch black, and sent me off with a smile. Who does that?! Legends, that's who. After a few visits (and more than a few questions), I fell in love with the 2021 Shasta 18BH--compact, cozy, and adventure-ready. It checked every box I had and then some. From Kyle's friendly walk-throughs to Randy, Steve, Jordan, Jenna, and the ever-awesome Mike, this whole crew went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. No pressure, no salesy vibes--just good people running a genuinely family-run business. If you're dreaming of RV life and want a team that treats you like family (and not just a sale), do yourself a favor and swing by RV Maxx. They've earned every one of these 5 stars ! read more

Nice people and seem honest. Genuinely helpful and nice to talk too. I would recommend as the other RV places don't have a good reputation.

Just bought a beautiful used travel traile at RVMAX in Loomis. Randy, the sales rep was very helpful and personable. We found a bumper pull trailer that we really liked for a reasonable price. Then when the trailer had been gone through by Jordan, who is the nicest, most thorough technician, we finished up the paperwork with Jenna, who is equally thorough and wonderful. They repaired/replaced everything we asked them to, and then some, with no additional charge. Our experience with RVMAX was so much better than some of the other places we visited. No surprises or tricks, straightforward and honest! Thank you RVMAXX for a great experience! Lonnie & Penny read more

Need to send a shout out to RV Max Rocklin, this company has been nothing short of outstanding on my latest purchase of a used RV. I negotiated a solid price, where after it was sold this company went ahead and installed a new inverter since they found the old one to be faulty, a new battery, new weatherstripping along the canvas pop-outs, re-sealed the roof, touched up some upholstery, fixed some screen tears, and installed a new awning. ALL at no extra cost to me. They also handed me business cards from everyone from the owner, the sales manager, the salesman, and the service tech, telling me if I have a problem, call them. I have not seen customer service like this in years, and I am glad to sing their praises. So if you are in the market to buy an RV, new or used, I would check them out. read more

So happy and relieved! Our RV shopping is done! We've owned a travel trailer for about 6 yrs and recently sold ours to our daughter and family. We started out looking at private party but that grew tiresome. We decided to drive around Sacramento area and even went down to Lodi and Modesto. We visited many dealerships but to be honest RV MAX just seemed right! No pressure and they allowed us to just walk the lots and view different trailers. Talking to Michele at one location was like talking to a friend you knew for a long time and she told us about their other location. Steve at that location was so helpful and answered all our questions. We purchased a beautiful 2021 salem hemisphere 270fks that fit me and my wife's exact needs! Another thing we loved was the sales price agreed upon was THE PRICE no add ons. Working with Jenna on the purchasing contract was quick n simple. We arranged for pickup of trailer 1 week later and was given a thorough walk thru from Jordan who explained everything and even though we've owned a trailer we still learned new things. The trailer was all prepped and maintained perfectly. If your in the market for an RV you really cant beat RV Max. They dont sell junk or trailers that fall apart the moment they leave the lot. read more

Rarely does one come across a business owner and his team that is as much of a pleasure to work with as Mike, Jenna, and Steve. Initially working with Steve during my purchase of a Winnebago View, he claimed that Mike and team really stand behind their products and pride themselves in top notch customer service. And boy was he right! Mike went above and beyond helping me with some issues the RV had that couldn't have been known by the team when selling. Repairs took a while due to a delay in parts but the entire process and communication was top notch and one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I already told the team to please give me a call if they get another unit in like the one I purchased as I am in the market for a second one. I would highly recommend this business and not hesitate to jump on any RV they sell that meets your needs. read more

Well I can't say enough good about these guys! The sale was perfect, we had zero problems. My wife and I love our new trailer so much! Mike and Jenna are super great people! Jordan was very thorough in explaining everything. When it came time to take it home, I knew it was not only a great deal, but I know I can call them and ask them to help me with any questions I had. In fact, I've gone back twice to ask advice and both times they've not only sent me home with more knowledge, but free items to make it easier for us to use our trailer. I highly recommend RVMAX to anyone! They're honest and outstanding humans! read more

My husband and I went there and looked at a unit. The price online fit our budget. We were pre-approved prior to going to the lot. I texted Steve and he texted me back that the price was good. My husband and I purchased a 5th wheel hitch and we were all set, however now that we are filling out purchase paperwork, RV max will not honor the online price and the asking price went up 8000 dollars. Buyer beware! read more

We had been looking for an RV for some time, and the big name dealers in the area, although they have lots of flash and whatnot, lacked big time in the customer service area. We visited RVMax and instantly were treated with respect and care. They took plenty of time to show us around, and then the time came for us to purchase, that is exactly where we went. During the finance process, which took a week from my lender, they were super patient, stayed in regular communication with us, and were extremely helpful to help us close the loan. Delivery of the RV was exceptional, as they took plenty of time to go through the walkthrough and show us everything that needed to be known about the coach. Absolutely extraordinary customer service, super friendly, not sales pushers. Thank you so much RVMax!!!! read more

We had searched everywhere for a trailer for my mother, so she could be closer to us. We secured a spot but couldn't find a trailer private party that wasn't overpriced, a scam, or in horrible condition. We went to the Loomis and Rocklin Rv Max locations and had a great experience both times. Every person we encountered was so helpful, knowledgeable and made every effort to make us informed trailer owners(we are very new to this). Mike, the owner, was very flexible and accommodating. The location for delivery was a tight complicated fit and against a deck. Mike nailed it! Very happy! read more

Woooow!!! Quality staff, knowledge and selection. We purchased from them. Their selection of RVs are very clean. We had visited many lots, and saw some pretty gross rvs. I can't speak highly enough about the people who run this operation and smoothly. From first greeting to feeling assured walking out the door that if you need anything they are there for you after the fact. Also, they have inventory constantly coming in. Just love this place!! read more

We bought a trailer from them in July. Our kids were horsing around and broke a cabinet door really badly. I thought we would just have to buy a whole new door but when I brought it in to ask about where and how to get a new one they fixed it better than I could have imagined and were extremely quick about it (I had said kids with me a they only got a little antsy waiting for it to be fixed). They were extremely kind and gracious about it. This is our first trailer, and I was nervous about being an owner. But so far the folks here have had excellent customer service and willingness to help above and beyond with the problems we've run into. I posted a photo of the repaired cabinet but yelp won't load the before photos. read more

We have had two 5th wheel RV's and sold our last to a couple who lost everything in the Paradise fire a few years ago. Recently we started looking to get back in RVing. Checked out RVMAX on the recommendations of both a friend who purchased a 5th wheel there and another friend who owns a RV repair business nearby. Met Steve, a salesman and had the most enjoyable experience. As we were on a budget we were able to purchase a little used, 13-year old travel trailer that had just arrived on the lot. 13 years on a travel trailer is significant...but the A/C, heater, tires, flooring, water pump, upholstery and roof were all in excellent shape. Prior to our taking it off the lot they did several small repairs (roof sealant, gray water valve replacement, pressure washing, drawer repair, cleaning, etc.). It was their noteworthy customer care that while still on their property they allowed me to have the decals replaced For our first shake down trip, we had to cancel a weekend at the Beale AFB FamCamp and go directly into a 30-day stay in Oregon. There a couple other problems cropped up...only one side of the stereo worked and a few other minor things had to be looked at. Upon our return Jenna, Mike and Gary ensured all was repaired to our satisfaction....on their dime and on a 13 year old trailer...I was impressed! Our lasting impression is that we were treated like family and, as family, they wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Thank you, we recommend you to all without any reservations! read more

We've had our trailer for about 4 months now and we just found a soft spot in the floor that we missed during the pre delivery inspection. I reached out to Jenna and she had us bring it in For evaluation. A short amount of time passed and I got a phone call to come pick up my trailer that they repaired at no charge to me. I'm shocked.. I bought this trailer without a warranty whatsoever. Now that's top notch customer service. Their repair looks fantastic, I can't even tell they touched it. Very few companies have this level of integrity. Thank you for everything!!! read more

My wife and I had been searching for the right travel trailer for almost two months; looking at new and used at multiple dealerships. Finally, we got to RVMax and found several that might fit our needs. We returned several times over the course of a week trying to make our decision and each time, the sales people were amazing--knowledgeable, professional and never pushy. We eventually picked a 2021 Jayco Jayflight. The entire experience has been good. Any time I have a question or issue, the owners are responsive and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. RV Max is the only place I'll be buying an RV. read more

I'm a full-time RV'r and stopped in at their Loomis location. I was very pleased with the salesman, Walt, who seemed only interested in my getting the correct Trailer. No hard sell whatsoever, just showed me their inventory and educated me on a couple of things. Thanks for your time Walt! I haven't purchased yet but RVMax is still very much on my list. read more

We met with Tom today and had a wonderful experience! My wife and I are looking to buy a trailer in a month or so. They have a great inventory both new and used. We fell in love with the Avenger bunk house and the Wilderness bunk. We will definitely be coming back to give Tom our business. Much better experience than we had at Lemke and Bill Eads. Thanks Tom read more

The BEST' experience I've ever had buying something at a dealership. There are two locations fairly close together with a wide selection of both new and used RVs. We had recent had a half way decent experience at another dealership. Until they came back with an astronomical APR. we were bummed cause we weren't gonna get an RV cause we were made to think we had a poor credit score. We swung by RVMax just dreaming of eventually owning another RV. We were greeted immediately... ill keep it short, we ended up with a bigger nicer RV for less.. best part is... half the APR from the big box retailer/dealership. They didn't have the 'brand new rv' we wanted, they made a call to a rep and got us an even better rv at a lower cost and delivered with 'red carpet' service. If you are looking for people that want the best for you and your return business.... this is the place. Very special thank you to Mike and Jenna and the rest of the RVMaxx team! read more

So it's been just over a year since I paid these people $10,000 for a 17 year old 19' travel trailer. Things have gone very bad from the start. The list of things wrong with it when I took possession of it. The roof leaked the first time it rained and did major damage. since then most every major component has had trouble . The refrigerator drips and is coming out of the hole. The oven does not work. The stereo does not work. The trailer brakes locked up and I had to have it moved home on a roll back. The wet vents for the sewer leak gas into the trailer. The p-trap on the shower broke and fell apart. The list goes on. Now if it had cost more like $4,000.00 I would feel that I was getting what I paid for. I trusted then and bought it site unseen while I was preparing to return from Hawaii based on the promise made by the salesman. (Walt) . When I arrived to pick it up I was given the bums rush. The owner said that his service man had an appointment to get as soon as possible. The walk through took about 10 minutes. Not enough time for me to find and ask about any or all the things I found wrong as soon as I got it home. I had to return to the lot 35 miles away three time and their attitude was far less than friendly, even to the point the owner (Mike) got in my face after I had picked a few items from the peg board in the shop(which had no keep out sign) to buy. (the show room had a long wall of peg board for the sale of related items but it was near empty.) They did reimburse me for the spare tire that had a big tear in the tread and the coating I had to put on the roof to prevent more water damage. I had to buy a new battery. The A/C cover blew off on the first time I took it out of town. I have since seen similar size trailers about the same year for less than $5,000. And quite a few that are only a few years old for just a little more that $10,000. Do your self a favor and don't buy used trailer from them with spending a few hours checking for problems current or potential issues that may arise in the near future. Trust just isn't what it used to be. I learn another lesson. The 2017 Jayco for sale at De Martini RV sales in Grass Valley. $10,900. Very disappointing experience. We took our fifth wheel in to sell. At first, we were very happy because they promised they were not like any other RV dealers in that we agree upon a price, and RV Max will do any repairs not costing us any money, and give us our price. Well, turns out, the trailer was sold four weeks earlier without a word to us. Outside of no communication of when we should bring the pink slip in, now RV Max tells us all the items they had to fix on our trailer to sell it, (the contract clearly said we would not be charged for any needed repairs), they say they want $800 for new tires. We felt bad that they supposedly had a lot of repairs and so we agreed to "help them out" and pay for the tires, even though our contract clearly said there would be no extra charges. We trusted them when they said they would not get any more money than $4,000 over what they were going to give us. What a shock to see they listed the trailer on their website for over $9,000! It's so disappointing to think a business is reputable and something like this happens. So dumb on our part to agree to help him out and pay for the tires. I hope this review will save someone some money. read more

This is a dealer that everyone should buy from. They stand by their word of wanting their customers to be 100% satisfied. Mike & Jenna went above and beyond to help fix a problem that occurred after driving off the lot when they didn't have to. Not only did they fix the problem (at their cost) they also fixed another problem that traveling in the wind caused. They're whole crew from sales, walk-through, and service are friendly and want to answer any questions or concerns you have. Their facilities are clean and they follow COVID guidelines by providing masks & sanitizers. I can't thank them enough! Thank you, RV Max! read more

Avoid these liars like the plague. Went to look at 2 of their class a motorhomes and right away I could see that they were buying used and trashed units and trying to give them a fresh look. New flooring (and poorly installed) on a 8 yo class a?? They have no ownership or repair histories on their rv's and when I did find a previous owners manual with repair receipts, they took it and would not let me see it. I suggest people take a moisture meter (inexpensive at $30. at Home Depot) and poke around near the walls/ceiling and you will likely detect moisture which is the kiss of death to a rv. Always check their prices on NADA as that will give you the low and average retail pricing. Everything I looked at was overpriced by a lot with some as much as $15,000 over. Don't waste your time here. Can't even imagine if one needed a repair. read more

We had a great experience with RV Max and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy. (We were referred to come here by an employee at Folsom Lake RV after we told them we are looking for a used RV) RV Max has exactly what we were looking for & were beyond easy to work with! We also felt they were very honest, good people. The RV we chose had just come on their lot- so their standard is to hold it for 10 days, clean it, inspect everything, repairs as needed etc. We really appreciated that. When it was time to pick the RV up- they asked "have you owned an RV before?" This was our first- so they took the time to walk us through how everything worked, answered our questions & were just beyond helpful. Nice to know there are good sales people out there today & highly recommend to anyone looking for an RV as they have new & used! Thank you RV Max! read more

These are fabulous people and I recommend RVMax without reservation. They treated me - and continue to treat me - so very well. I bought a used travel trailer from them and when I took it out for its maiden voyage I found a few things were out of whack with it (not apparent when I picked the trailer up). I went back to them, as they had promised they would take care of anything that was wrong with it, and they were true to their word. The awning was not secure and control panel did not properly indicate the battery condition. They worked on those things until they were fixed to my satisfaction. Mike, Jenna, Nathan, and Susan are wonderful, warm people who wanted to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. I know they are in business and are doing this primarily to make a living, but they are doing it honestly and honorably and do seem to genuinely want their customers to be glad they made the purchase and go out and have fun with it! read more

We bought our Trailer from Walt at the Rocklin location. Nice guy and after an hour of looking at this used 18' Nomad, we decided to purchase it. Although we paid cash and could have purchased a trailer from anywhere or any private party, we decided to buy from RV Max. First because we believe in buying from the small American Business owner and second Walt assured us that if anything stopped working soon after our purchase that they would get it fixed. This turned out NOT to be the case. I called every week for 5 weeks trying to get someone to call me back. Then I finally received a call from the owner Mike. He assured me that he would take over and get us the help we needed. Another 2 weeks and nothing. So I am leaving this review out of frustration and disappointment. We now are doing business with another local small family owed company. And we are getting results. read more

My experience with RVMAX and Mike was something that could (and should!) be taught to other businesses. In fact it was a reminder how any transaction or communication between people should take place. Simple, honest, helpful, friendly and accommondating. I was actually referred to Mike by another dealer, that alone gave me a hint of his reputation in the marketplace. My dealing with Mike and his wonderful staff was a joy, they seem to all have the same passion for customer service. Working with them I felt as if I were part of a family and a member of their team. I guess my experience isn't the norm. Must have been a bad day for them. I went to the Loomis location looking for specific trailer I saw on RV trader .com. I sent them a message through the rvtrader site with no response. So I looked them up on their web site and called them. The trailer I was interested in was still there. Later that day I showed up to see it. The sales guy was with someone else. We briefly spoke then went to check out the trailer. He joined us as we were inside the unit. We chatted a bit and I told him it was priced a little above our price range. His whole attitude changed. He proceeded to go on and on about how he's been in this business for 18 years and he knows what he's doing. Basically told us to go somewhere else and find a trailer. We sold our old trailer a few weeks ago and plan to buy another larger newer unit this fall. Our neighbors said they're friends with the owner and we would treated right by them. That was not my experience at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
