Mark from AIM just came out and fixed our motorhome a/c unit. We bought this unit from Mark a few months back. Yellow jackets had built a nest near the compressor on top of our coach. Their nest had stopped the fan from turning and hence the compressor wouldn't run. Through a series of steps he identified and fixed our problem. He came out to the house and fixed the problem even though now we owned the motorhome. read more

I recently bought a 2006 Forest River from AIM RV. They customized the back room for me and rebuilt the floor and did excellent work. I've since had a few minor problems with the unit, including a leak in the water fresh water tank and an issue with the generator. They took care of everything regardless of the "as is" contract I signed. They're always prompt and helpful answering my questions on the phone, or getting the unit in if needed. Ali and Mark are very friendly at AIM RV. We bought an older Winnebago from them early this year. They spent time with us answering questions and concerns. They made a lot of promises on fixing it up if we bought it so we did. They gave us a pretty good deal on it. When we came to pick it up I was disappointed. The had fixed most of what they said they would do but it was not as good as I was led to believe. When we brought it back with problems they took care of them right away. I bought a Winnebago 2002 Minnie Winnie from Aim RV this month. While my thought on the sale at that time would have been three stars. I found there were some needed fixing and missing parts. Ali and Mark insisted I bring it back with the problems. They truly care about their customers. I signed an" as is" form and they but would cover the roof for one year. I now love these guys. They spent all day taking care of my problems, despite the " as is" paper. They were getting a very expensive diesel pusherredy for a customer. They stopped what they were doing to help me. Ali even took me out to lunch and Mark fixed what needed fixing despite the hot day. When I first took the rig home, I scraped yellow htick heavy pole after getting fuel. They noticed the scrape and the minor damage that could have caused a leak. I didn't even mention it as it was my fault. They had enough concern to fix it too, without a charge.They are honest and hard working guys and receive all the kudos theycan get! I highly recommend shopping at Aim RV for a used RV. I recently bought a 2002 Roadtrek 170 popular. This purchase was a very big, exciting, and yet scary purchase as I am going to be traveling the country by myself for a few months. Mark was super helpful and patient with the million of questions I had. I knew I wanted a "small" RV in good shape without the huge miles that many RV's have. I spent time on Craig's list, RV Trader, local newspaper sites and finally came across AIM RV on Craig's list. I went and looked at a used Winnebago from a private party with a girlfriend and all she had to say was "it is shabby, look for something else". The something else was sitting on the lot at AIM RV. I called to get more information and Mark answered the phone. He said he was the mechanic and not a salesperson. I had a list of questions and Mark answered every question even telling me things that were not on my list. The RV I was looking at was an Itasca. I didn't know it is actually a Winnebago brand and an excellent vehicle. I got my husband to drive up to Sacramento to see the RV based on Mark's answers to my questions. Mark met us on the lot and spent over and hour with my husband answering all his questions on the mechanical conditions of the RV. I was impressed with how well Mark knew the RV and he told us he had done a complete inspection and found the RV to be in good condition. I noted a few things that needed to be fixed, like the windshield and Mark noted other things including the windshield that he was going to fix. I had never driven an RV and Mark took us for a demo ride. I sat down with the owner, Ali and made an offer which he accepted. Mark said that he would have the RV detailed and all repairs would be done in a week. When we went to pick up our new "used" RV Mark did a complete walk around with us and showed us how all the systems worked. My husband is very mechanical and was impressed with Mark's knowledge. We were not rushed and Mark answered all our questions and we left feeling that we knew our RV. I called Mark a week later with a question and felt that we were part of the AIM RV family. Buying a used vehicle, especially an RV is a scary deal. As a novice you never know what you are getting but we left feeling we got what was advertised and definitely got our money's worth. I am a single woman that wanted an RV, I had no one to go with me and was so afraid to buy one and then it be a lemon. The first place I stopped at was AIM RV, after crossing my fingers and asking God to direct me to the right place... apparently my prayers were answered.. A dealership that didn't pressure me. A dealership that was honest from beginning of sale till the end... I put a down payment on one I fell in love with and seemed like forever to pay the rest but the owner Ali, the was patient and waited for me to get the rest of the money from my bank to buy it. They have an "as is" policy but made sure I did not drive it off their lot until the whole RV had been gone through. Anything that needed repair was repaired before I took it home. The mechanic Mark was absolutely a really nice and honest guy and was willing to anything to satisfy the customer. Mark was the one who sold it to me. This man is irreplaceable in my book. Ali is very fortunate to have this man working for him... I worried about if anything went wrong where would I take it to get it fixed.. Mark assured me that he would be my mechanic...he even drove it to my house for me at no charge, because I was afraid to drive it on the fwy without having experience driving a 33ft RV. You don't have to worry about a thing if your buying a motor home from this company...He recommended a insurance company and helped me get anything I needed for it after I got it home.
