Drove my Brand new travel trailer here from Los Angeles because it had some issues that originated in the factory . I bought my travel trailer in Colorado And by the time I drove it home we have multiple issues with it . Such as some drawers not closing - water filter leaking and the window cracked from pressure . Unfortunately nobody in Los Angeles wanted to touch ( meaning fix ) it because i bought it in Colorado. iI found this gem through a representative for Flagstaff who recommended that I call a couple places .... those calls have led me to this place . Jerry Halsey was the repair guy . He Was quick and sufficient. All parts were ordered prior and after we dropped off the trailer we went to the city to have breakfast - and by the time we finished it was ready to be picked up.

We had been searching for a a nice used RV for quite awhile. Both through dealers and private party as each may seem to have an advantage. We are new to this and it's been a bit of a challenge finding the right situation for us We saw an ad for a 2004 31ft Winnebago Class C priced well and went to look without much expectation after having been disappointed so many times when we would arrive to see something where ever we were looking. We were met by Peter the sales person, and the RV we saw we really liked. We had a budget we had been working to keep and so the price was a little off from that but Peter without all the back and forth of so many sales people, came back with a fair offer and straight talk and said this is best I can do . And it was a very fair offer and we decided we wanted to purchase. However, we were not fully sure the RV would fit in our side yard. So before signing the contract , Peter offered (he asked us first) if they could drive it up to our house(45 min away) and make SURE it would fit so we were comfortable with the purchase. I said yes and if it for sure fits we for sure have a deal. And it did! They do an inspection of the vehicle (you pay for but worth it) prior to delivery to make sure everything is working and all the seals are set on the roof etc. When we came to pick up the RV, they do a thorough walk thru with you and explain everything and answer any questions you have. The contract process was easy and we did purchase an extended warranty they offered also at a reasonable price that covers 2 more years and 30k miles . Worth it IMO considering you are buying a used vehicle . We drove it home. Later that day as we were setting it all up. We noticed we had some sort of leak from clean water tank. Small but it was coming in. It was late at night and we called and sent Jerry the service manager a note and also emailed Peter . It's a Sat night at 9pm and yet Peter calls me and makes sure we are ok and everything is ok! And says bring it back tomorrow and we will make sure you are totally taken care of and see what is happening. We want you to be totally satisfied. This would not have happened with private party for sure. Also, the reason it wasn't caught during inspection is we think something came loose on drive to our place. BUT bottom line, they were making sure we were good and taking care of it and Jerry also called as well. So they really are taking care of us. We are also having Jerry now place some new laminate flooring in for us as we would rather have that's than the vinyl and carpet . He is doing that for a totally low installation price just because of the hassle. So, was I apprehensive about buying from a dealer. YES, especially after I have been to some others. BUT this experience so far has been really great from the sales to the after care. Sure the place is a shop like feel and don't expect all the fluff and showroomy look. It's a running shoo and not all glitzy. RVs are out and are not totally cleaned on the lot yet until after sale, but you get a real authentic crew there and they have stood behind the sale of the RV and have been super great to deal with. We will use them to continue to do things to our rig as well. Thanks everyone there.

This place and the people who own it and run it are a true God sent! We passed by Sacramento and figured we have more problems in our trailer than we thought and without trouble shooting and repairing everything we wouldn't be able to go on our week long trip. We Googled RV parts and repairs and by divine intervention it was 7 miles from us. We came just in time to be the first repair of the day. We were greeted by the nicest people in the world. Professional, knowledgeable, quick, polite, superior knowledge in these trailers. They had ALL the parts we needed, they grinded and repaired gas lines, new batteries with installation, repair of electrical line, locks, and water heater cover that they matched exactly to the original! Absolutely the best customer service experience we have ever encountered. Highly highly recommended!!! They service all types of RV's, trailers, etc. they are fully equipped with tons of parts. Give these beautiful people your business, you will be glad you did. Ask for Thomas, he is the man

Do not go here!!!!!!!!! Ahmad was the salesman slash owner slash hustler. After I picked out the trailer I liked. It was time to talk about the price. The guy wouldn't budge on the way to high price. An then laughed a little when I said I needed a little better price. My wife called an he was very rude to her. JUST DON'T GO HERE. If u have read any of my reviews. You would know that I usually try an find one nice thing to say. Not this time. Even the office was all super run down.

    The happy campers!

We bought a used RV here and are pleased with the transaction. Peter, Tommy and Mark make for a friendly buying experience. We had a few issues waiting for parts, but that's due to COVID19 shutdown issues beyond their control. We would definitely shop here again!

Burnt end of a Marijuana Joint in RV. Ahmad said it was "probably one of his employees" if that tells you anything

At the time, he worked out of his ranch home property in Wilton CA and appeared to do all the work himself with a helper. I had him install a massive solar system including BattleBorn/Victron components. Vinnie did top notch work and knows Airstreams better than anyone I've met. Since then, he continued to do outstanding work including a massive front end rebuild due to the de coupling of the front, a common issue. Fast forward to 2025 when he sold his business to I don't know who and the operation moved to its current location and exploded in size due do Vinnies old reputation. But it's not really Vinnies anymore and he doesn't appear to be personally working on the trailer but rather has a bunch of workers. I hired Vinnies in February of 2025 to upgrade the Alde 3010 to Alde 3020. I picked up the trailer and drove it home and water was not coming out of the shower and the aide heater leaked after Vinnies said it was throughly tested. After a supposed fix, it still was not heating properly and the unit was leaking like crazy from under the unit, again they said it was thoroughly tested. Brought the trailer back to fix and picked it up. Still didn't heat properly and they said they replaced the mixing valve which should have been replaced because they said all the Alde components were going to be replaced during the upgrade. Picked the trailer up and it heats but now it leaks again. What a joke. What a disappointment. Also, the office staff seems completely un trained and have no organizational skills. They will tell me one thing and forget and not follow through with communication. The tech that called us didn't even know that I had a massive solar array on the trailer, and the trailer was there. So no, in my opinion, the new Vinnies is not the old Vinnies anymore because he's not personally doing the work. Instead, it seems like a bunch of incompetent techs. Better off going to an authorized Airstream dealer even if it cost a bit more.

I've used this product on multiple campers and RVs. From the forever lap sealant to the No sag lap…read moresealant to the forever RV coat. There is absolutely no product on the market that can even compete with any of these products. While they may be a bit pricey, you get what you pay for... a superior high-quality product that most certainly will last and keep your roof dry. I've also used the forever lap sealant on the metal roof of my home to seal around my stove pipe & it has been superior. Going on five years now. No cracking no splitting no water.

Don't both to order if you need the product any time in the near future. I had read good things…read moreabout their products, and looked to place an order for self-leveling lap sealant, but the website said it was on backorder. Before placing an order, I contacted the company to see how long the backorder was. I was told they had product, just getting a lot of orders, so they posted it as on backorder so people would not expect immediate delivery. They said go ahead and place an order, and it should ship in less than a week. OK. I could deal with a week, so, I placed an order for 6 tubes of sealant. A week goes by, nothing. Then 2 weeks, nothing. Mind you, my card had been charged immediately for $124, which is not a small sum for 6 tubes of sealant. Finally after 19 days, I send an inquiry on Sunday evening asking for an update, and say that I will need to request a refund through PayPal if the order doesn't ship promptly, so that they know I'm not fooling around. They respond same day that they supposedly had the order labeled and ready to ship on Monday, but they will instead unpackage it, put it back on the shelf, and refund my money. When I responded how pointless that was, they berated me for inquiring when they already had the label printed. First of all, there was no way for me to know they had it ready to ship, if that was true. Second of all, that makes no sense. I said it needed to ship promptly, or I would file a dispute. If you've been holding someone's money for almost 3 weeks, and give no updates, it's perfectly normal to question where is the product. It's going to anger someone a whole lot more to have wasted their time and then cancel their order when they question why it has been 3 times as long to ship as communicated, and still nothing, than to ship the product. If you ship it the next day after the inquiry, that's exactly what was being asked for, and there would be no justification for a dispute. If they have the kind of time it took to berate the customer for raising a valid concern, then they had the time to get the order out in a timely fashion. Very unprofessional. Glad I dodged that bullet. Given their behavior in shipping the product, I would question how they would handle a warranty claim against their "lifetime" warranty.
