The communication was poor from start to finish. We were repeatedly told that someone would call us with updates, and those calls simply never happened. Each time, my husband ended up having to chase down information himself. If you're going to tell a customer you'll call, then call. The final straw came when the awning installation was completed. My husband picked up the RV, brought it home, and discovered the awning didn't work. After all the waiting and follow-up, he then had to take the RV back so they could fix their own installation mistake. Nobody expects perfection, but customers do expect basic communication and for the work to be done correctly before a vehicle is returned. We can be patient with delays. We can be patient with parts shortages. What is difficult to overlook is having to repeatedly follow up for information and then discovering the repair wasn't completed properly in the first place. We invested a significant amount of money in this project and expected a much higher level of customer service and quality control. Unfortunately, this experience left us with little confidence in the company, and we will not be returning.

I thought the labor price at $200/hour with a 2-hour minimum was a bit steep, but this is Commiefornia. I called the day before and talked to Kaley to ask if they had an RV dump and could we utilize it while we were there. She stated sure, no problem. Upon our arrival today, we were greeted by Chris. After he finished up with a customer, we started the conversation about us showing up early to use the RV dump. He stated he wasn't aware of the approval and said that he'd have to wait until Kaley showed up. He did not make any effort to contact her to verify the approval and he never got back to me. He stated that he had me in for 2-hours on the dash radio repair and an hour on the door awning. I declined the work on the door awning as I'm going to replace the motor myself and save $200. He then questioned when we would like the RV back. I told him that we are going to wait for it. He stated that it might be done by the end of the day. I then reiterated to him that when I made the appointment, it was to be completed while we wait. Chris contacted the service technician on the phone and told him I was here. The service technician (Harry) stated that he would be there in 15 minutes to start the work. 25 minutes later, Harry walked out of the parts department and stated that he had to run and get a part that one of the techs broke on another job. We left to go get food and came back 45 minutes later and nothing was started. I walked into the reception area and asked Chris where Harry was. He stated he was in our Bus working on the problem. I proceeded to walk to our Bus to check on progress. Guess what? No Harry and nothing had been completed. By this time, it was almost 12:15 and we had been there since 10am. I proceeded to ask for my keys back since this was the worst customer service I have ever received. Chris couldn't find my keys and supposedly Harry had them in his pocket and would be back soon. Then less than a couple of minutes, Chris came out with our keys. This place is a joke. They never apologized for Harry not being here on time to work on our RV, then disregarding our appointment and sending Harry to get parts for another job while we just stood there waiting for someone to start working on our RV. I will NEVER recommend this establishment as their customer service skills suck sweaty donkey balls. Chris told me that if he was scheduling the appointment, it wouldn't have been scheduled for a waiter appointment. I don't really care who scheduled it, we were told there was a 2-hour window blocked out for them to fix our RV. They out and out lied to us. We wasted fuel and our time just to be given the proverbial run around. Stay away from this place if you want your RV serviced. The technician Harry also reeked of alcohol and that should not be acceptable. They may do great body work, but they need remedial training on customer service. Caveat Emptor

I talked to Brooke and let her know Crossroads had given them as a referral since they are a service center that services "on the spot" and our brand new destination trailer (purchased around May 2024) is not fun to move. The first question I asked was can you come to my location. The answer was yes but with an estimated September 20th service date. I let them know it was "No problem, I just need it serviced before the first rain" as my issue is with a roof/ac unit that leaks onto my bed. I did have a few other minor fixes like decorative wood separation under bed/ kitchen cabinet/ bathroom door & detaching Septic handle. They started with all my trailer/warranty info and I waited on a text to let me know the exact day I would receive service. On the Spot RV requested the following photos and info in the following weeks stating they are uploading them to the crossroads portal for parts and approval: -August 22nd Request for photos of wood trim detaching Bedroom door wrap they planned to glue down -August 26th Request for photos of leaking roof/ ac unit Request for black tank valve "so they could order the right one" -September 4th I received a message " just want to let you know we have not forgot about you. Robert is still trying to figure out the schedule for you" -September 23 i sent a message "Circling back, its been weeks." I received no reply -September 25th Called and receptionist told me no update from Robert, she remembered i was the service call and said she was calling her boss and would call me right back. i never received a call back. -October 1st I sent a message "Any word back from your boss?" I received no reply -October 2nd Called receptionist and she said she was still trying to get a date figured out. I let her know that if it rains before I received service i would have a bed full of water. I had already waited the 30 days that they planned to get me on the books plus 10. Again, she was going to check with her boss on a date. Finally after 40 days of waiting for service I received a text " I just spoke to him and he said he doubts he can make it out there. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. WOW! I'm seriously floored. With the first rain right around the corner I did not expect to be scrambling on something set in motion in August....
