During the…read morerepair, they failed to properly tighten the lug nuts, resulting in both passenger wheels to be destroyed, one of which fell off during travel. The stud sets on both were ruined, one set sheared off. There was also damage to the wheel well plastic trim, and the plastic RV skirt. It's not the mistake that is the issue as mistakes happen, it's the fact that I've reached out over a dozen times to try to resolve, and One Nation Repairs has largely ignored these requests. I'm now out thousands of dollars, and it's painfully clear that One Nation Repairs does not care about their clients or doing the right thing. It looks like they do nice interior repair work, but I would be weary of a company does not do the right thing and fix their mistakes. Should something happen during your service work, be assured One Nation Repairs will ignore you and leave you out to dry.

Abe and his son came and worked on our propane system and fixed the problem yesterday. Luckily it was a simpler fix than we thought although tough to get to. There was no way we could have done it on our own! Thank you so much Abe for getting it fixed for us... we are off camping this weekend because you were able to get it done for us! He also was clear in outlining how the cancelation fee would work. He reviewed this with me twice so I was aware. Once the techs came out they assessed the list of issues and quickly went to work. They were able to take care of the most complicated issues and will be returning with parts for the other minor items and will finish up a lighting issue on our awning. Igor & Dominic were pleasant, personable and experienced. Just like with a house some repairs are not just black and white and sometimes there has to be a little investigating and trouble shooting. Honestly, If it were easy we would be doing it ourself. I'm confident the remaining repairs will go just as smoothly. It is never a thrill to spend money on repairs but I'm happy I called Ryan because repairs are being done.

At the time, he worked out of his ranch home property in Wilton CA and appeared to do all the work himself with a helper. I had him install a massive solar system including BattleBorn/Victron components. Vinnie did top notch work and knows Airstreams better than anyone I've met. Since then, he continued to do outstanding work including a massive front end rebuild due to the de coupling of the front, a common issue. Fast forward to 2025 when he sold his business to I don't know who and the operation moved to its current location and exploded in size due do Vinnies old reputation. But it's not really Vinnies anymore and he doesn't appear to be personally working on the trailer but rather has a bunch of workers. I hired Vinnies in February of 2025 to upgrade the Alde 3010 to Alde 3020. I picked up the trailer and drove it home and water was not coming out of the shower and the aide heater leaked after Vinnies said it was throughly tested. After a supposed fix, it still was not heating properly and the unit was leaking like crazy from under the unit, again they said it was thoroughly tested. Brought the trailer back to fix and picked it up. Still didn't heat properly and they said they replaced the mixing valve which should have been replaced because they said all the Alde components were going to be replaced during the upgrade. Picked the trailer up and it heats but now it leaks again. What a joke. What a disappointment. Also, the office staff seems completely un trained and have no organizational skills. They will tell me one thing and forget and not follow through with communication. The tech that called us didn't even know that I had a massive solar array on the trailer, and the trailer was there. So no, in my opinion, the new Vinnies is not the old Vinnies anymore because he's not personally doing the work. Instead, it seems like a bunch of incompetent techs. Better off going to an authorized Airstream dealer even if it cost a bit more.

Upon arrival (on-time) she did the cleaning, color restoration, conditioning and protecting well before the estimated completion time! Janae is a pure professional in that she clearly communicates what to expect, gives an estimate of how long it will take and clearly explains how it will be done. Something I've asked other companies to do and they balk or just don't do it. Once the appointment is scheduled she confirms regularly up until the appointment date, then arrives with all the necessary tools, mats and cleaning products in her cute company truck. She covered up all my other furniture and carpets, moved furniture as needed and did an absolutely beautiful job restoring my leather sofa and loveseat, as well as my four kitchen counter chairs.
