You won't find anyone more reasonable, easy to work with, responsive, good communications, and knowledgeable about motorhomes and other RV's. Justin is a great guy, hard and fast worker. We had a problem with wiring for my motorhome to our towed vehicle. Problem was diagnosed and fixed in 15 minutes. Also, the automatic levelers on the motorhome we're not working. After a few minutes, Justin had to diagnose the problem was though motorhome house battery, he diagnosed with a bad cell. He went with me to purchase a new battery and installed it. All this done within one hour! Finally, just before Justin left I asked him to check the connection or auxiliary air conditioner in the motorhome. He took his time, had the conditioner running, and diagnose the problem was with the power at the RV park not with the motorhome. And didn't charge anything for his extra time. You won't go wrong with this man and his company. Fair, honest, and extremely knowledgeable of Barbie systems is what you get with this company. I could not recommend them anymore highly. read more

I found the ad for this company on craigslist. I emailed them and got a response back fairly quickly. I set an appointment for a week later for a an inspection and safety check. I was told they will check everything and let me know of what needs to be fixed. I knew I had some damage from prior owner and was very concerned if it was safe enough to tow or what had to be fixed now. When I emailed them I was told the safety inspection was $225 if power and water was available and $275 if not. The website clearly says the cost of an inspection and safety check is $125... I made the appointment and also asked about having some additional work done which they said they would price out for me. 3 days before my appointment I received an email and was told there was an emergency and they could not make the appointment. I was ok with that and we booked another appointment. The day of the appointment I went to check on my trailer at the storage facility and could see nothing had been done. I emailed the company and was told that their man should of been there that day and they would get back to me. The next day after I reached out to them again they said he was MIA and they don't know what happened. They said they could send someone else and get the inspection, safety check and additional quotes done. They even said they wouldn't charge since I had waited so long... It has now been nine days and I have followed up twice. If I had taken my trailer to a shop it would likely all be done by now. In all I wanted to have a safety check, inspection, brakes, and canopy repaired. Apparently all of this work was not of any interest so now I have to find a new company. I would avoid this company as they DO NOT follow through and they charge more than the website says they do. read more

I wish had a better review but here is what happened.... Scheduled a warranty inspection Aug 24. Justin did a great job except he did not complete the paperwork as required for warranty. Requested corrected paperwork sept 9. Randy replied with computer system crash, working on it have it for you tomorrow. Sept 16c haven't forgotten about you, should have documents by end of day. Sept 20, still nothing, promised again to "get on it" Sept 27, still nothing - no response at all. Multiple requests and texts and promises to provide requested paperwork and as of today October 5, A FULL 6 WEEKS post service and still have not received corrected paperwork as promised on several occasions! Unresponsive, unreliable. Very disappointed. Will not call again. Will not recommend. read more

I had an appointment with these guys in June, and things went good. I had a lot of little work done and the service technician was very present and helpful. They needed to order a part for my gerarator and understandably need to take the money up front. Since then I have not been able to get a hold of them, they are not returning my calls, voicemails or text messages. At this point hey have ripped me off for $400 to $500 worth of money I gave them in advance for parts and repairs on my RV. read more

I had a mystery fridge issue that we could not figure out. no power and no one knew what was wrong with it. Turns out it had a reset button that was not listed on the manual for the fridge and he noted a blockage on the heating element which cause it to trip. . The tech Justin had fixed it in minutes and and even fixed my stove fan. he was very knowledgeable and they were very responsive via text and phone calls leading up to my appt. So happy! I wish I had called them sooner. read more

We had a major propane leak and I messaged Justin and I had a response from him within 10 minutes and it was well after businesses hours. He got me on the schedule and had us fixed up in no time. We contacted this company in search of a thorough inspection and documented report on condition of our 2018 Coachman RV. We explained we have the vehicle registered on a rental platform, which requires an annual inspection, service records, submitted for safety and insurance coverage as a rental vehicle. We were out a month before it was required to submit documents. We were told that could inspect the vehicle and provide a full report outlining the inspection and condition of the vehicle, including all operating systems and appliances, etc. They said they could fit us in immediately and provide the full report needed in a few days for $427.50 This charge did not include any repairs that might be needed. Just a complete detailed inspection and full documented report on all areas inspected. An appointment was made, and we cleared schedule to be available that day for the inspection. The morning of inspection we were called and the appointment cancelled, supposedly a break in or something. We rescheduled, but were a bit apprehensive. Justin showed up the day of the rescheduled appointment in a beat up vehicle, but seemed to do a thorough inspection, taking a few hours and verbally explaining everything he did, and stating he found no problems, and how great of a condition the vehicle was in. He took our credit card which immediately charged for the service, and promised we would be e-mailed a full report in a few day documenting all areas inspected, including photos, and the condition of each item. Then....nothing. No report. No call. Nothing. We repeatedly called Justin who kept promising we would get the report soon. We explained again our timeline and purpose of report for continuing rental program insurance. Still nothing. After many calls , e-mails etc. We were finally sent a one page scribbled checklist that is not a report of any kind. It does not even identify the make model or anything specific to identify the vehicle. We were eventually were put in contact with a manager or something, who said they had been having system problems and couldn't find our info and needed photos, mileage readings, a picture of VIN # etc. So they could find our report. Sounds to me like they want me to do the job I paid them for, so they can re create a bogus cookie cutter report. They refuse to provide a refund, claiming they provided the service...it was not the service I requested, which was the detailed report! Now I am a few days from having to suspend fully booked rental schedule at $195/night due to failure to provide inspection report. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They have been argumentative, non responsive and full of excuses and promises for weeks, and lacking in any kind of customer service. I did not get what I paid for. They are not registered or rated with the Better Business Bureau, so unable to file a formal complaint. I will be documenting my experience on all review services possible to warn others about my experience. read more

This is by far the best service I have received from anyone since purchasing our travel trailer. I called and spoke with Justin and he came out right away. He took care of the problem we were having with the A/C. He let me know the roof was going to need re-sealed in the near future. We scheduled a day for him to come back out. My son lives in the trailer so it is impossible to take to a shop, but Justin was able to get everything done with no problems, and at a reasonable price. My Wife and I have been RVing for 43 years. We have owned several Class C , 3 Class A , 2 tow trailers . 2 Class B's and 2 fifth wheels. Over the years we have been in quite a few repair shops and used mobile repair services; Central RV is the absolute best. Justin repaired heating system in our Grand Design new fifth wheel (factory did not install correctly) Justin also installed a propane generator in our 5th Wheel. Our RV started losing electrical power off and on. We were on our way to a big family Christmas reunion in SoCal and feared we wouldn't make it. We called several mobile RV repair shops in the Sacramento area, but they did not respond. Then we called Justin Chamberlain of Central RV, he answered his own phone, came over within and hour and found and fixed the problem. He was also good-humored and wonderful to deal with. If I was going to give them a lower star I would give them my minors a star they owe me one. My first appointment was on the third I was then told that they had a glitch in the computer and they would have to come and see me on the fifth which is today Joe from Oakland California to Davis California about 64 miles and I get no call no show and there is no one at the business to answer my question of why no one's here if you were looking to get any kind of work then I would suggest you go anywhere but this place and don't make an appointment with them because they will not keep them. I finally heard back from them because I gave a review I guess. They offered to do the work after they figured out what was going on with their coworker now apparently somebody has the coronavirus in their employment. This is the second excuse I've received from these company. And I don't think I'm going to deal with them ever ever again.
