Turns out the one we went to see wasn't as good shape as it appeared in the pics, but the one next to it sure was. Appeared to have been hardly used and although we only went to look, Jay made us such a good deal we couldn't say no, and ended up with a super cool little trailer that we love. Jay and the rest of the crew made the entire experience a pleasant one and as I hadn't pulled a small trailer before, Jay brought it to our house that evening to get us started. By the time he left we felt like we truly had a new friend as well. We highly recommend Lemke RV in Rocklin!

Extremely disappointed with this RV consignment company. Communication is nearly nonexistent unless…read moreyou are in the sales process. There is no reliable way to reach anyone other than email because they do not take phone calls, which makes resolving issues incredibly frustrating. We were told business has been slow and they have reduced staff, but that should not excuse the lack of follow-through or customer service. Once the RV sold, getting updates on our funds became a nightmare. We were repeatedly told "the check is in the mail," yet weeks later nothing arrived and no one proactively followed up. Every update required another email from us because there is no direct communication channel. If you value transparency, responsiveness, and timely payment, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The guy who called me back was an absolute dick. He literally had no sales ability and turn me off to doing business with this business ever again. I will absolutely buy a trailer but not from this business. Go to Camping World or anywhere else instead of going to this business if that's the kind of jackasses that they hire. I have a low tolerance for bad customer service and this guy was absolutely the epitome. I hope he's not paid commission because if he is he's going to be in the unemployment line very soon re: Paula's erroneous and ill-based and unnecessary comment: That is not how you conduct business. You are not remembering the conversation very well IF you did sit next to him. Yes, he recommended something else. My tow capacity was 2,700 lbs. The camper was 3,600. There are PLENTY of campers that fall into the range I can tow. Again, if you and he are both this dense and obtuse, then perhaps you both shouldn't be in sales. Let me give you a piece of advice. Next time do better at sales and understand the customer's needs. This is Customer Service 100, not even 101... Class dismissed. PS - Sorry Paula. The call lasted 5 min, 15 seconds. So you were only about 3 min, 15 seconds wrong. Perhaps phone analytics isn't for you. Just like sales isn't...

Moreover we just didn't use this mode for a good portion of our travels. We made some calls to sell it on consignment. Ultimately we found camping world presented a fair option. We arranged a price over the phone that was subject to onsite inspection. Seemed reasonable enough. We knew our rig was in top condition. Upon arrival we met up with our consignment dude Michael. He present a great dirt impression but we wanted to follow through. After a lengthy inspection we sat down to hash out details. This is where things got sour. Michael low balled us and made up a story that the depreciation was so significant that our price was not achievable. He said even at his price the RV would sit for the 99 day consignment and not sell. It was a horrible time to sell and the new model year would create an all but impossible situation. During the inspection they screwed up the levelers and the alarm was sounding. He said they couldn't fix it and we would need to drive it away with the obnoxious alarm. We ultimately left it there so service could make it right. We picked it up the next day and took it to camping world in Vacaville. Upon arrival it was the most pleasant experience. They took a look at our RV and were extremely happy to be able to consign it. The inspection went well. They told us it would be on the lot the next day at the higher price. We were beyond happy the RV sold at an acceptable price the very next day. I suggest you avoid this place. They're crooks trying to pull off a bait and switch. Michael is the worst!

I looked at the vans available for the dates I wanted and the Zion was just what I was looking for. It was the smaller of the standard sizes of Mercedes vans. That was great because I was slightly apprehensive about driving a larger van. (After driving the Zion, I feel I would be OK with the larger 170 inch wheel base vans.) The rental price was very reasonable considering that the van was essentially my home for three days. The van was well equipped and very comfortable. I enjoyed my three days and showing the van to my friends.

We were able to attend one of their open houses and it became obvious that they do exceptional work. The owners, as well as builders, were all available to speak with and answered a ton of questions. They gave us information on things we didn't even know to ask. We were able to look at and sit in most of the floor plans they offer, really helping us to understand the different options of "furniture" placement. We left the open house feeling confident that we would be making the best choice by going with Scenic Vans. A week later I was able to do a consultation with two of the owners, mocking up different options for van builds. I left that appointment having complete understanding of what we will be paying when we do our build. They are in the process of helping us get the best deal on the van we will do the build in. A conversion van purchase isn't a small purchase. We are in a season of life change, waiting for our retirement date, but can't wait to have new adventures in a van Scenic will build for us. I have no doubt they will do a great job making the perfect van for us. This company has won us over based on craftsmanship and customer service!
