There was ZERO communication other than a request (on Aug 8) to give a $1,000 concession to a buyer, supposedly to offset a "full cleaning detail" and a lack of solar panels (which were never included in the first place). They gave no notification of sale -- we only found out after we saw the online listing marked "pending sale" on Sept. 9 (a MONTH after we approved the $1k concession). When our proceeds were available, we made an appointment to pick up the check on Sept. 23. When we arrived, the staff on site had no idea we were coming and no check or paperwork could be found. Once they finally produced a check, we asked for the date of the sale so we could (a) advise our insurance to end coverage, and (b) to be reassured that they were within the 20-day period promised in our contract. They gave us what appeared to be confirmation from DMV of "release of liability" with a sale date of Sept 2. Of course the proceeds check was dated Sept. 22... exactly 20 days after the supposed "sale date" which would be in line with contract terms. HOWEVER: When we pulled the vehicle record directly from the DMV ourselves, we found the liability release had actually been submitted on Aug 21, and the sale date was Aug 15. Lemke tried to cover their lie -- and pretend to be within the bounds of our contract -- by submitting a SECOND release to DMV on the VERY DAY we were in their office to receive proceeds so they could say the sale date was Sept 2. For these reasons and for their overall inconsistency, dishonesty, and lack of accountability, we will not return to Lemke RV in the future and will warn others to steer clear of this business.

My last several experiences with RV Travel World have been extremely disappointing…read more I've been bringing my trailer in for service under their Forever Warranty ever since I purchased it years ago. However, as the trailer has gotten older, it seems like they are constantly looking for reasons not to cover repairs, even when the warranty documentation appears to indicate the issue should be covered. The entire program has become frustrating and feels misleading. I've also had issues with pricing. On one occasion, I called ahead and was quoted a price for work. When I arrived at the store, the price was significantly higher. I had to argue with staff and remind them of the amount I was quoted over the phone before they would honor it. Communication has been another major problem. Multiple times I was told my trailer was ready for pickup, only to drive all the way there and discover it wasn't actually ready. That's a huge inconvenience and shows a lack of respect for customers' time. After dealing with these issues repeatedly, I can no longer recommend RV Travel World. The Forever Warranty program has not lived up to its promises in my experience, and the poor communication and inconsistent service have made doing business there far more difficult than it should be.

Staff is very nice and we did bring it in just before Memorial Day so we knew we would probably have a wait. All we needed was generator oil change, checking the water pump and battery load, looking at the tires sensors, checking the roof and a wash.They said we needed new tape on top to keep the solar panels in place and couldn't find anything wrong with the pump. We got it back after three weeks and on the walk-through were actually told that the guys took all the old tape off and cleaned it up when they didn't even need to do that but they thought it was a water repellent issue which it wasn't. So who knows how much extra time went to that at $175 an hour or so. We also noticed later that we didn't get the tire valve caps back and I went to turn on the air conditioner unit in the 96° heat in downtown Saceamento and they had not turned the switch back on for that in the generator.That meant that after consulting with AI during a work event, I I was crawling under the RV in downtown Sacramento on the street to open the generator cover and flip the switch. The work overall cost $1100. Obviously, we did not think it was particularly affordable, convenient and we're not pleased with the handling of the relatively simple items on our list. There's another place not too far from us and a highly rated mobile technician as well that maybe we'll try next time. ARV business model involves multiple different technicians working on the van, which is why it takes so long, but in addition to the inconvenience we just got pretty mixed results on the work.

The staff here was above and beyond! Happy, knowledgeable, friendly and appreciative more like I was doing them a favor vs them doing me one. From the first email request for info, they made sure to contact me under my terms (email for now as I was at work) we did everything over email. Eventually I was able to work a bit through Text. I really appreciated the no calls, and no harrassment! RJ set me up with a day and time that worked for us to pickup, again coming from out of state. Everything was ready to go. They even put the hitch components on the truck and trailor for us when we arrived. When mine didnt work, they worked with us to get it done! I have had Rv's before and this time they took the time to show me how to properly use my brake controller and what to expect pulling something so much smaller than I am used to. We took it out for the first time 3 weeks after purchasing, and found an issue under my sink. Now this not being my first trailor, I expected something to need fixing. Bouncing and driving it happens. I emailed RJ at 730pm on a Friday night.. He responded (I couldnt believe it, I didnt expect to hear until Monday) He had the service person included into the email. I called the repair dept & spoke w John. Worst mistake of my life. I bought my rv to live in....& it's still under warranty. I was told just today on the phone by John that RV's aren't meant to be lived in & that they don't have a mobile mechanic to come fix it. I was told it was covered from head to toe for the first year when I bought it. This is your problem . I live 1.6 miles from the dealer. My next RV purchase won't be here. I live in an RV park. Gonna let everyone know don't purchase here. They don't stand behind their warranty & their RV's aren't made to withstand 3 months of life. It's BRAND NEW. My next move is court-I apparently bought a lemon on top of bad customer service on the back end. See you there regretfully. Very Sad on your part. There are other people on here complaining about the repair department. Wish I had seen these b4 my purchase. Take your business elsewhere.
