There was ZERO communication other than a request (on Aug 8) to give a $1,000 concession to a buyer, supposedly to offset a "full cleaning detail" and a lack of solar panels (which were never included in the first place). They gave no notification of sale -- we only found out after we saw the online listing marked "pending sale" on Sept. 9 (a MONTH after we approved the $1k concession). When our proceeds were available, we made an appointment to pick up the check on Sept. 23. When we arrived, the staff on site had no idea we were coming and no check or paperwork could be found. Once they finally produced a check, we asked for the date of the sale so we could (a) advise our insurance to end coverage, and (b) to be reassured that they were within the 20-day period promised in our contract. They gave us what appeared to be confirmation from DMV of "release of liability" with a sale date of Sept 2. Of course the proceeds check was dated Sept. 22... exactly 20 days after the supposed "sale date" which would be in line with contract terms. HOWEVER: When we pulled the vehicle record directly from the DMV ourselves, we found the liability release had actually been submitted on Aug 21, and the sale date was Aug 15. Lemke tried to cover their lie -- and pretend to be within the bounds of our contract -- by submitting a SECOND release to DMV on the VERY DAY we were in their office to receive proceeds so they could say the sale date was Sept 2. For these reasons and for their overall inconsistency, dishonesty, and lack of accountability, we will not return to Lemke RV in the future and will warn others to steer clear of this business.

My last several experiences with RV Travel World have been extremely disappointing…read more I've been bringing my trailer in for service under their Forever Warranty ever since I purchased it years ago. However, as the trailer has gotten older, it seems like they are constantly looking for reasons not to cover repairs, even when the warranty documentation appears to indicate the issue should be covered. The entire program has become frustrating and feels misleading. I've also had issues with pricing. On one occasion, I called ahead and was quoted a price for work. When I arrived at the store, the price was significantly higher. I had to argue with staff and remind them of the amount I was quoted over the phone before they would honor it. Communication has been another major problem. Multiple times I was told my trailer was ready for pickup, only to drive all the way there and discover it wasn't actually ready. That's a huge inconvenience and shows a lack of respect for customers' time. After dealing with these issues repeatedly, I can no longer recommend RV Travel World. The Forever Warranty program has not lived up to its promises in my experience, and the poor communication and inconsistent service have made doing business there far more difficult than it should be.

The leather is peeling and contaminating the air and ripped. The air conditioner in the living room doesn't work. I asked Morris to pick up the couches and take them to the dump himself. Morris sent a repair guy who solved the toilet leak only. We are now awaiting repairs and waiting for them to pick up the trash couches.I do not recommend them.

We did have some work done on it a couple of weeks after getting it which I knew would probably have to happen buying a 13 year old Camper Van. We take it out almost every weekend and it has been pretty much trouble free so far. They did a pre purchase inspection and fixed a few things that were immediate needs but there were a few things not inspected that we had checked out and fixed which was OK and basically needed maintenance that has to be done.. Propane had a small leak at the BBQ regulator and it needed new Bilstein shocks which was actually an upgrade we were going to do anyway because these vans need heavy duty shocks! Thanks everyone at Lemke for helping us make this purchase and hopefully we will be enjoying our Roadtrek for many years to come.
