What makes this worse is that if we had not reached out ourselves, it appears they had no intention of even informing us ahead of time. After all the promises and talk about integrity, the deal was dropped at the last minute after we had already taken financial steps based on their commitment. As a military veteran, honesty and keeping your word mean something to me. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled and disappointed.
