Very long (but positive) review.....Bought a car from Eli in September 2017. Deal started out as a Craig's List posting. So, in natural CL fashion, I sent a low-ball offer via email. Eli called and left me a very professional voice mail. Rather than blow me off and tell me my offer was ridiculous, he actually took a few minutes to explain why the offer could not be accommodated. Exchanged a few additional phone calls. Asked him to hold the car for me for approximately 2 months while I work out 401k loan/withdrawal issues. He offered to do so but requested a small deposit (which is completely understandable). The point here, is that Eli was very willing to work with me to close the deal. Ended up getting getting/bringing my own financing. Showed up in cargo shorts and a t-shirt looking like "the people of Walmart" to buy a $50k car. Never once did I feel like he judged me by my appearance. He gave me an overview of the car, took me for a test drive, etc. Never once did he question my ability to pay. Again, goes to show his level of professionalism... Since my Credit Union Loan Department was closed on weekends, Eli wrote up the Bill of Sale. Loan funded on Monday afternoon. Payment found its way to Eli on Tuesday. HOWEVER, due to my work-hours and a pre-planned weekend get-away, I couldn't pick-up the car until the following week. Eli was gracious enough to store the vehicle for me on his Sales Floor for the week. That was pretty cool and convenient. As I picked-up my car and tried to pull-away, Eli insisted on cleaning my windshield. He also offered to detail-mist the car before I pull-off. That was also very cool. Not afraid to get his hands dirty and wanted to make sure the car was "show room" quality. All-in-all, very great, positive experience. read more

We had been looking for a 335d BMW nation wide for quite sometime and we finally found one that met our needs 1.5 hours away by luck right here at Elite Auto Imports. I can't tell you how annoyed I get dealing with sales personnel that have no knowledge or try to sell you something you don't want. Well, I can tell you that Eli and Nik are NOT salesmen; they are true quality car enthusiasts who are passionate and extremely knowledgable about the vehicles they have and search for. They helped me compare the BMW 328d they had in stock with others that were on the market, and I didn't ever feel pressured to buy from them. Already being a bit snobbish about my German cars, I only consider Porsches and BMWs. I needed a car I wouldn't have to worry about in the parking lots...if you're like me you understand. Vitaliy found an immaculate 2008 BMW that fit the bill as a car that could take a few bumps and bruises without making me crazy. A perfect addition to my stable of Porsches. The sale went smoothly and he even assisted me in getting the missing manual and a second key. We were even able to arrange for him to deliver it to me 200 miles away! Elite Auto EXCEEDED my expectations on ALL counts!!! 1) Selection of Vehicles - had the VERY hard to find BMW x6 with all the options & interior I wanted. 2)Ease of Service - It was extremely easy to work out all the terms and transaction details even though i was out of the area (Southern California). Flew Honey to checkout car w/check in hand. If car is exactly as-pictured and in perfect condition "buy-it." If not, return home via flight to Burbank.
