I don't have the greatest credit and I just started a new job, but I was able to give them a good size down and they were able to work with me monthly payments. Drove my car home on Tuesday. Thursday night, I had a major oil leak. I called them Friday morning and they fixed it right away no hesitations no questions. Pick it back up Friday ran great. Saturday and she doesn't start. I'm not a mechanic so I have no idea why but I guess the battery but they went above and beyond they drove to my to the vehicle got it started. I drove it to the dealership and they fixed it and I had it back again the same day. If you ask me that is above and beyond what a dealership has to do when selling a used vehicle. Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles from the dealership and they've always treated us with respect and this time they went above and beyond!!! I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to buy a vehicle.

Then directed to waiting area and then told that I needed to put down payment of $10,000. Car i drove wasn't even worth $10,000. Again no handshake thank you or nothing. Felt so humiliated. Ill never go back there. Funny thing is I called ahead of time and told exact same information over phone that I did in person. They said oh yeah we can work with you no problem, we'll get you into your new car people come in all the time in your situation. BS !

I know, judging a book by its covet is premature and judgmental however the cars weren't clean and ready to be presented so that gives me the vibes that perhaps the condition would be below standards. The area is on the outskirts of Del Paso Heights NOT an auto row area. For me the place doesn't look user-friendly.

Shocking, actually. So we live about 600 miles south, but a Ford F150 was advertised on their site…read more Did a lot of research, and even paid for a $200 Lemon Squad inspection. About three weeks after the inspection completed, it so happened that we were swinging through Sacramento on our way north and stopped in to see the truck. The person we had been communicating with was not in that day, but there was another person there to show us the car. I followed him into the sales office and he looked up the car and saw all our interactions - inquiries, the Lemon Squad inspection, etc. I asked if we could see the truck and take it for a test drive. He said " ... sorry, but I need a commitment that you are going to buy this truck today before you can test drive it. I mean, we have to find it on the lot, get it ready ... it's a lot. So let's talk about price and financing first." WTF? Seriously? I paid $200 for an inspection because I couldn't be there in person - you don't think I'm even maybe a little bit serious about wanting to buy this truck? I said ... "well, do you think you could pull it around and let us at least open the doors and look at it?" He said, sure, sure, we can do that. Then he wanders off and doesn't come back. We wait a bit, and then a bit more. At this point we are thinking that the truck could be the best deal in the world and we would NEVER buy something from this outfit. Incredible. We left, of course, and no one ever reached back out to us or followed up to see if we were even a bit interested. Crazy attitude they have, if you ask me.

Hi Roman, I'm going…read moreto respectfully disagree with your response because we never even got to the point of sitting down to complete paperwork or process payment. The reason the deal stopped was because the vehicle developed multiple serious issues during my test drives. On the first and second test drive, the vehicle triggered: * Check engine light * Battery charging malfunction warning * Engine overheating warning * Limp mode, limiting the car to under 1,500 RPM After returning to the dealership, I personally inspected the vehicle and found the main pulley had failed/separated. What concerns me is that the vehicle was advertised across multiple sites as being "fully inspected & serviced by our state-of-the-art top-rated service department." Based on the condition the vehicle presented in during my visit, I do not feel that statement reflected my experience. If I wasn't serious about purchasing the vehicle, I would not have: * Sent a $1,000 deposit * Booked a flight from Southern California to Sacramento * Planned to drive the vehicle 7-8 hours home At no point was I unwilling to buy the vehicle due to paperwork. The transaction never progressed that far because the focus became the vehicle's mechanical condition and drivability concerns. My review was based entirely on my actual experience at the dealership. I also have photos and videos documenting the warning messages and condition of the vehicle during the test drives. I wish you and your team the best moving forward.
