Thursday night, I had a major oil leak. I called them Friday morning and they fixed it right away no hesitations no questions. Pick it back up Friday ran great. Saturday and she doesn't start. I'm not a mechanic so I have no idea why but I guess the battery but they went above and beyond they drove to my to the vehicle got it started. I drove it to the dealership and they fixed it and I had it back again the same day. If you ask me that is above and beyond what a dealership has to do when selling a used vehicle. Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles from the dealership and they've always treated us with respect and this time they went above and beyond!!! After conversations and all, my impression was cool, the van will be there for us since they pulled my Credit and got the numbers all worked with. The reason the deal stopped was because the vehicle developed multiple serious issues during my test drives. On the first and second test drive, the vehicle triggered: * Check engine light * Battery charging malfunction warning * Engine overheating warning * Limp mode, limiting the car to under 1,500 RPM After returning to the dealership, I personally inspected the vehicle and found the main pulley had failed/separated. What concerns me is that the vehicle was advertised across multiple sites as being "fully inspected & serviced by our state-of-the-art top-rated service department." Based on the condition the vehicle presented in during my visit, I do not feel that statement reflected my experience. If I wasn't serious about purchasing the vehicle, I would not have: * Sent a $1,000 deposit * Booked a flight from Southern California to Sacramento * Planned to drive the vehicle 7-8 hours home At no point was I unwilling to buy the vehicle due to paperwork. The transaction never progressed that far because the focus became the vehicle's mechanical condition and drivability concerns. My review was based entirely on my actual experience at the dealership. I also have photos and videos documenting the warning messages and condition of the vehicle during the test drives. I wish you and your team the best moving forward.
