I enjoyed shopping here and really appreciate the no-BS approach they take in not trying to upsell me on add-ons etc. Came in looking for a tundra, test drove a few, and bought one off the lot in under 2-3 hours. I had an absolutely great experience buying my F-150 from Roseville Automaxx. From the moment I…read morewalked in, it felt different than the typical big-name dealerships. This is a small, family-owned business, and you can really feel that in the way they treat people. Billy and Brennan didn't treat me like just another customer--they treated me like a friend or family member. There was zero pressure and no "car salesman" tactics. They took the time to actually listen to what I was looking for and worked with me to find the exact truck I wanted at a deal I felt really good about. Brennan was down-to-earth, honest, and easy to work with. They even helped me load my motorcycle into the bed of my new truck (I had ridden it to the dealership) and they jumped right in to help without hesitation. That kind of genuine customer service is rare. I drove away in a truck I absolutely love and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. If you're looking for a place that values people, treats you fairly, and actually cares about helping you get the right vehicle, I highly recommend checking them out. Supporting a great local family business like this is an easy choice. Five stars all the way! Thanks boys!

I first met him through Turo (just two weeks ago in fact), where I rented one of his vehicles. During the trip I suffered an injury and ended up laid up in bed on pain medication, which caused me to miss the 10 AM return window. Turo temporarily blocked my account over it. When I reached out to explain, his response told me everything I needed to know about him as a person. He was gracious, asked how I was doing, wished me a quick recovery, and went out of his way to personally contact Turo on my behalf to get the block lifted. Think about that for a second. I had inconvenienced him -- completely by accident, but still. Plenty of people in his position would have been (understandably) annoyed and left me to sort it out myself. He chose to spend his own time helping me instead. That kind of character matters anywhere, but especially when you're buying a car. The used auto industry has a reputation, fair or not, and the difference between a good experience and a bad one almost always comes down to who you're dealing with. This guy is the real deal -- honest, personable, genuinely kind, and the type who goes out of his way to take care of people even when there's nothing in it for him. On top of all that, the vehicle I rented from him was a blast to drive and clearly well maintained, which tells you something about how he treats his inventory too. If you're in the market for a used car, I can't think of a better person to buy from. Highest possible recommendation.

I have to say that this was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. Jim, our sales person was knowledgeable and honest about every aspect on the vehicle and financing. He assured me that EMC Motors would stand behind the purchase if anything went wrong with the truck. They TOTALLY lived up to their reputation to stand behind purchases, as I had 2 issues crop up after I took possession. One issue was a bad brake pedal sensor and easily fixed, the second issue was a front wheel bearing that again they fixed the next day after diagnosing the problem. Jason , their mechanic diagnosed it quickly and did quick work to repair it. Jason also advised me what EMC does to verify the mechanical condition of all their vehicles. Everything he said they had done was verified by my own inspection. I know this is a used vehicle and it would come with unforeseen problems, however Jim and EMC have assured me that they will stand behind the truck and 'make things right' . That's what they did! I couldn't be happier."
