I did, and I was told that it would take until midnight to get the docs ready. They blamed the confusion on the "call center". Even though I called the store directly, it goes to a call center...? I paid for an Uber there, $35. I couldn't stay until midnight, so I left. I paid for another Uber ride back home, $35. So far I'm out $70 and 2 trips to the dealership. I came back the next morning and spoke with a salesman (the one that showed me the car the day before) and he told me he would make sure the car was ready/washed and the papers would be ready to be signed the next day so I can pick up the car after a work trip. Great! I asked him to check to see if the car has a charging cable and to text if it did or not, but didn't hear back from him. But wait, there's more... I came back the next day and I arrived at 6PM as confirmed earlier that morning by text message. The car was not washed and docs weren't ready at 6PM. They said they thought I was getting there at 8PM, despite having confirmed I'd be there at 6PM. The first salesman I was dealing with wasn't there, so they handed me over to another salesman. So the wait begins... go back and forth with numbers, agree on price, then they put the docs together and washed the car. I get the car with 33% charge (it's an EV). The equivalent of buying a car with only 1/3 gas tank. They didn't charge it. Cool... fortunately, it has enough range for me to get home. I get home and find that it doesn't have a charging cable. I can't make this up... so I had to find a fast charger that night so that I would have enough range to use it the next day. I was shuffled around between a couple different salesman, but fortunately, Miguel, who was the final salesman I dealt with, was great to work with. I like the car and it was a good price. The lack of communication between the dealership, their "call center", their website, and some of their salesman leave something to be desired. This is not like buying a Tesla online. Much different experience. I'd give Miguel 5 stars for closing the deal, but the overall dealership experience could have been better. I'll give the dealership a 2.5. I'll round up to 4 stars total, but definitely be prepared for some run-around.

But anyways I ended up coming here because it was conveniently close to us. Ended up buying an older CRV. It has been running like a champion for the last few months, and has done us really good. Only thing I can say is I found out the AC didn't work before buying it, but I only found out because I tested it. They didn't go out of their way to tell me. So just check out the car thoroughly before buying. And remember that most people are more likely to go out of their way to leave a review based on a bad experience than a good one.

All communication was easily done through email and text, although phone and in-person contact was also available. Process starts with completing a convenient online request. From there, Kim contacted me to fully understand my wishlist, range of optional requirements, and any non-negotiables. After reaching out to their dealer network, within a day she provided a list of potential matches with estimated OTD prices, which included some in SoCal available for transfer to the Bay Area and cars still in production with estimated availability dates. I talked to Ata by phone about the car, then hired a mobile mechanic (also found through Yelp) in the Rancho Cordova area, and sent him in to inspect the car. Ata was very accommodating and tolerant of the mechanic's inspection and lengthy test drive, during which I was on the phone with the mechanic and Ata. I ended up buying the car, and Ata recommended a shipping option he's used that even cost less than what I could get through one of the national car transport companies. Ata took care of a small dent in the bumper before shipping the car, he included the 30-day drivetrain warranty noted on the Craigslist ad, handled all of the paperwork, and I ended up with a great car I'm thrilled to own! The man takes pride in the cars he "curates" for his business and is an honest gentleman. Truly a "Top Quality" operation.
